After 2 weeks of argy-bargy we finally have a top 2 for the season and to that end, we lose Blu "mug beat for the gods" Hydrangea, our only non-English queen from the season. Blu was well-known on the show as a looks queen, delivering some of the most unique looks throughout the season utilising her high-level makeup skills and off-the-wall creativity, for example dressing as a construction crane, a giant eyeball, and a Bond girl with three breasts.

 

She was less strong generally in performance challenges, struggling in the scripted acting challenge and the advertising task, and delivering a subpar lipsync her first time. Despite this, she was able to take one win in the season for her part as one of the Frock Destroyers in the girlgroup challenge! (Despite rhyming home with home in her verse) Blu started out the season appearing sweet and innocent but later showed she had a very sassy, shady and strategic side, e.g. helping to nudge Sum Ting Wong into doing a more difficult character in Snatch Game which led to her elimination from the competition & providing us with many gif-able moments.

 

Personally I didn't like Blu that much during the season, but on rewatches I've liked her a lot more, & would definitely go and see her show when she tours again!

 

Besides that, we now have a final 2! Divina is the only finalist from the actual season to make it this far. Cheryl Hole lands 3 places higher than she did in there. Can she now challenge for the win, or will the crown be Divina De Campo's? Vote for your WINNER and in a few days, we'll find out!
