July 27, 20205 yr Poor Little Mix cant catch a break, first Taylor Swift doesn't give their fans enough hours in the day to stream their new song and now it's raining. I'm sure you'd think of excuses should your poor darling Ed Sheeran ever flop though. It's really tiring seeing you always tear female artists down, which I assume is to get a reaction? It's making you come across consistently negative.
July 27, 20205 yr John Foxx, now that's a throwback from the 80s, original line up with Midge Ure (Ultravox) This is his best song imo, quite a modernly structured song with the synth line 'drop' rather than a full chorus which is of course popular now in music. Has there been a reissue of Back In Black or is it just attention related to the 40th anniversary? I'm aware it's a popular album anyway.

Fantastic to see Taylor Swift with three potentially in the Top 10 and Little Mix at #12. Great to see a female artist.have success.
July 27, 20205 yr and if Ellie falls further, it's actually not her fault but the way the OCC compiles the album charts she's still top 20 on Apple Music album streams based on album streams not playlists but sure come Friday Mabel will be above her despite not even being top 1500 and sure Elton - Diamonds will also be above despite being at #283 while Ellie is at #20
July 28, 20205 yr Chromatica is #35 but I’m thinking it’s likely she’ll be higher on Friday because her streams will be better than some of the albums above her in the 25-35 region and she may overtake some of the new entires / big fallers from last week too.

She'll probably fall a couple of places but I'd be surprised if she slipped out the Top 20.
July 28, 20205 yr Folklore’s chart run could look like this with physicals being released on the 7th of next month: 1-2-1 Or even 1-1-1 if there isn’t a big release out this Friday ? I’d be surprised if Fontaines DC did much less than 20k next week

July 28, 20205 yr I’d be surprised if Fontaines DC did much less than 20k next week I'm really getting into them with their last couple of singles so I'd love to see that but that seems a little optimistic to me? Their debut only did 7k first week and that wasn't even that long ago (barely over a year ago), would their fanbase really have grown enough for them to do nearly triple that this time? (Then again I think you've had a pretty good track record of predicting the success of indie/rock acts this year so maybe you're right)

Back in December I saw them in a 750 capacity venue, now they're doing Ally Pally next year to 10,000+!
July 28, 20205 yr Who? Dublin's finest, probably the second biggest of the current post-punk revival bands xYnLQhrz92w
July 28, 20205 yr Streaming on the whole is higher when the weather's better. That's not a ridiculous fan theory, it's evident every time we have a week of good weather. But then that would effect all acts, not just Little Mix. Honestly I don’t wanna be mean but some of these excuses :’)
