That'd be... quite an achievement considering it only got to #71 on its release last year, not to mention that it would have to somehow overtake dozens of other Christmas songs to even come close to that mark :lol:

On the question of ‘Christmas Tree Farm’ since it was released on the 6th December last year will that mean in Christmas 2022 will it be on SCR up until 5th December then it’s sales will half to ACR from then!? 🤨

They had a huuuuge amount of formats/bundles this time (was it their most ever? Idk). I know Shawn has had a few, but nowhere near as many and he hasn't (yet) discounted his album 50% due to a close battle with another album. I imagine being £4.99 everywhere helped persuade casual buyers!

Could be the case that some sales haven't been accounted for from Shawn's official site yet maybe? We know it's happened before in the midweeks.

 

I think if Shawn had achieved a big hit from the album, I'd have expected a bit more, but knowing that 'Wonder' probably didn't perform as well as anticipated and 'Monster' probably only doing slightly better thanks to Justin, I could see the album was set to debut with lower sales. That is admittedly a lot of formats, but I don't think Shawn has the fanbase that would purchase all or most of them, he's much more a streaming artist. He'll probably sell more physicals than Ariana's album did which isn't bad.
