Such a weird challenge that sort of did no one any favours… I mean how was it meant to be judged - it was just one big mess really.

 

Have to say I don’t get the hype for Krystal at all. I can see they’re trying to make her into some sort of Violet Chachki, but it ain’t working.

 

The judging also seems a little all over the place… not my favourite episode after last week.

I don’t get Kitty either - she isn’t funny at all… it’s all just so self aware and an act

How was Veronica in the top? I didn’t notice her once in the challenge! Choriza deserved to be high for me.

 

And Charity escaping the bottom 2? Ridiculous.

Pass her runway was awful. It looked like her out of drag with just another big wig on.

 

Also how did Krystal win again?

That was such a shit challenge, I don’t know what they wanted from it even after judging? I get that it had to be funny but then also they go on about the choreo and then pick at a small-ish thing like Vanity’s wig. If they wanted to focus on dancing/performance, they should have done a proper choreo challenge or a Rusical, this had too much going on and they didn’t set out what they wanted clearly.

 

I find it hard to even judge the challenge because there was so much going on and clashing, I think Choriza stood out to me the most as the funniest. Elektra was definitely right to go too, she had little left to give and I just think isn’t quite ready. It was a really disappointing runway too, I only really liked Kitty’s and Victoria’s.

It was such a weird challenge. The only group that did well were the ball destroyers. Even then the judging was kind of all over the place in what they were looking for. I mean they seemed to only put Milan in the bottom for wearing an orange wig, like wtf?

 

I did think the top 3 were right though. Although you could swap out Veronica for Choriza. I would've given the win to Kitty. I thought she was the funniest/did the best job in the challenge and had a good runway - big improvement from last week.

 

Elektra going was the right call. I think she just gave TOO much when performing. Her lip sync was a bit of a mess too. I'm happy Milan stayed.

 

Overall I liked the episode, but I didn't particularly like the challenge. Hopefully next week's challenge will be a lot better.

I liked the episode, until the challenge :lol: It was such a mess and probably one of the weirdest challenges I have seen in a long time. The cast is just so lovely though, I really like seeing them interact with each other, but both the challenge and also the runway were disppointing. The judging was also baffling. Choriza and Ella were the clear stand-outs for me, and I didn't get Krystal winning + Veronica being in the top AT ALL.

 

Elektra, on the other hand, deserved to go though so at least they got that right. Her lip sync was just a copy paste of last week and yet again she didn't do anything with the song but was jumping around...

 

REally hope Victoria will pull through and she won't be doing a Eureka. Would be such a shame.

I thought Veronica did really well actually! I would've liked to see her grab a win just because she seems generally out of her depth this season.

 

Krystal winning two in a row is a bit ludicrous. I kinda can't see her going far still. Like the personality just isn't really there even with all the spotlight she had this episode. Or, idk, maybe I personally am just not feeling it.

 

If they lose Victoria I think they have a big problem on their hands because she felt like the pre-season selected winner that they were giving a lot of screentime/story arc to, at the detriment of a lot of the others, so if she goes, who the hell becomes the frontrunner?

 

Charity though is going to be protected I think, this runway gave me Sharon Needles doing glamour and they need a new Sharon since the current one shit the bed with racism and controversies.

 

The editing on this challenge though made it hard to see who did well, so we're judging from rehearsal a bit. I was reminded of the Drag Race Holland voguing challenge.

 

I thought for me Choriza was the standout performer from her group and maybe the most standout among the bunch. Everyone in Veronica's team also did well and were the most cohesive. Not judging in teams tbh is really weird when clearly one team did well, one team did badly and one did ok.

The challenge looked incredibly amateur — like a school play with the queens all dancing out of sync. Terrible.

 

The episode felt rushed and Michelle especially looks like she would rather be anywhere else.

The reaction shots of Ru & Michelle looking unimpressed throughout did not help the edit imo

I had high hopes for the main challenge but it generally felt a bit flat for me

 

I completely misjudged Veronica - I had her as in trouble after the challenge/runway but the judges lapped it up. Krystal kind of won by default as it seems like there are a lot of middle of the pack queens

 

Agree with the elimination - Electra showed she was a one trick pony. Can’t see Vanity lasting much longer though as I’ve seen little from her to say she’s a standout

 

Will be gutted if Victoria goes - but didn’t see her in the clips from next week and fully expect she won’t be healthy enough to come back. She had better be in season 4….

I think its safe to say Krystal is going to win this season. Like Lawrence, Ru just seems obsessed with her and in awe.

 

I still don't get the hype though and despite the edit pushing her continually to the front, there just isn't really a likeable personality there (at the moment) and some of her comments during the mini challenge were quite low blows and a bit cheap.

That episode was a mess for me !

I’d have had Kitty win, with Choriza and maybe Krystal top 3.

Bottom 3 would have been River, Victoria and Veronica for me, how Veronica was too 2 is beyond me !

 

Both Vanity and Elektra did really well in the challenge for me and should have been safe. Crazy !

I'm a bit alarmed tbh if this season turns out to just be white queens. Since the judges don't seem to be loving anything Vanity or River are putting out. It's just not a good representation of the UK I think.

 

Particularly so weird to cast from mostly London and pick so many white queens only.

Choriza shoulda been top again I loved her in the performance. Apart trom thst i agreed with the bottom 3 but I woulda had vanity low and Charity bttm 2.

 

I don't understamd the "man in a wig" comments you are all giving veronica? It feels kind of dismissive. In fact her make up looked very beautiful and very much drag last night.

 

The runway was good tbh, the only look I was not as fond of was elektra but i loved her hair and makeup!

 

The lip sync was good and I agreed vanity did the best not only did she bring the tricks she also embodied the song which I don't think Elektra did.

 

If Victoria has to be dq'd due to injury Ill be so upset but if she does I hope she comes back S4!

i can't see them letting Victoria go ! Pretty much the whole season is based around the gag of her being there and it won't carry over effectively to s4. wouldn't be surprised if they paused filming for her lol.

 

judging was SO strange this week. kitty and choriza were the only ones who stood out imo. i'm not enjoying krystal at all outside of her looks and she was barely there in the challenge. glad charity avoided the bottom 2 and that vanity got to stand out in the lip sync. i'm sure / kidding myself that they will have her go far
