All of your votes have been tallied up and triple checked in my spreadsheets so now it's time to get the semi final results underway!

 

I'll begin with semi 1 - running through the first 11 Qs, then introducing the 9 DNQs alongside the remaining 9 Qs, then doing the same with semi 2.

 

57 voters delivered their points on time, while Wholune will face the 15% deduction for late voting, plus Elëdan will receive the harsher 33% amount for failing to submit votes.

 

I'll aim to kick this off in an hour - 8pm U.K. time! Feel free to share any last minute thoughts ^_^

I'm near certain I'm out, would take a miracle to get through in this semi, a shame as it really wasn't a very high quality semi at all, but I can only wait and see. There were several very unique moments in there though that I'm interested to see how they do.

Could go either way for me I think looking at the predictions thread! Not feeling too confident for Bowski Island but hoping to be proven wrong.

I'm feeling quite optimistic about qualifying and keeping my q streak going but one DNQ prediction does make things a bit uncertain.

 

Mostly here for the rock songs to qualify more than anything an hopefully Lee gets his Zara track in too!

I’m 50/50 on my chances. I think the semi draw was reasonably kind so I feel like it’s had as good a shot as it’s going to get - if it DNQs anyway then so be it!

Feeling as hopeless as ever that I’ll qualify but hopefully République d'Áskorza and Aesthetica do manage to make it over the line

First it's the obligatory reminder of this month's auto-qualifier from yours truly! Then, straight into semi 1 and not only did Altyr open proceedings but random.org have once again chosen to put them first here in the reveal! Majid Jordan and their aquatic songs are clearly a successful formula here, first 'Waves of Blue' and now 'Summer Rain'. Will random.org draw them first in the final now?

I think I am a good luck charm for Au/Ra because last time I was involved in hosting she made that final too with 'Dance In The Dark'! That came top 5 for Kylienips so we'll have to see if she gets that lucky once again. Millie Turner is of course no stranger to the final either and New Lexico take her there once again. A poptastic start!
