Does the increase in comparison to the market not count for songs over 3 years old then?

That is the reason it's referred to as 'permanent' ACR beyond the 3 year mark! (The only way songs can be on SCR after 3+ years is if the OCC specifically grant a label request which they have historically only ever done for songs that were not hits on their original release, there's nothing stopping them from doing it for Kate if they wanted to but it was always a longshot and I'd be pretty confident saying that they would have done it already if they were going to).

NO OTHER SALES INFO

Sam safe for top 10 this week! Yay.

Ah OK only a small rise for ATF since Monday. Thought with its increase jumps it'd be 13 or something today. Next week instead then. I suppose it should have gone top 10 on Spotify over the weekend for a even better position.

Ooh at Kendrick's album now being a climber - looks like its CD was released in the UK this week (Wikipedia lists its CD release date as 27th May but it didn't enter the physical chart last week, and I see the date 3rd June on the HMV website). 'DAMN.' had 5 weeks in the top 10 ('To Pimp A Butterfly' only had 2) so MM&TBS will only be one off that if it can hold this week, not bad. I don't expect this album to get nearly as many top 100 weeks as 'DAMN.' did though.
Pity Kate isn’t on SCR woulda been huge sales for her this week!
Cat Burns on 2k less than last Wednesday, looks like she's going to ACR. And... what's this, George at #10 and the only climber in 6-10, so "Preu" is actually out of the Top 10??

If it was 9 on Tuesdays mids would it not be there still since it hasn’t been listed?

My username change may be shorter lasting than I expected </3

Preu ended by nursery rhymes

No, we list climbers and new entries since last week's chart only. We didn't have any Tuesday mids, we'd have posted them if we did

Peru is indeed #11

great news! Green Grass #10 and Preu #11!!! Go away Preu!

But as nice as it is seeing Kate at #2

hurts to see she'd be 20K in front if not for the stupid ACR rule

Kate's actual sales may be around 2,000 so she'd only be around 50,000 overall, so approximately 17K ahead. The latest spotify suggests she's over 100,000 streams short of doubling Harry's so the disparity is not surprising (unfortunately).
