I'm not sure I'd have known Richard III before I bought Supergrass Best Of album, but it has long been my favourite song of theirs. They were a decent singles band for quite a while.

 

Vindaloo was a song I loved as a kid, and as a proper England football team follower is something I remain incredibly fond of, had the voting taken place at a different time that's certainly one that could've been ranked a lot higher.

Not a lot to say about the last few batches, a lot of songs I either don't know very well/at all or think are just ok. 'Vindaloo' is a bit of fun once every couple of years or so but not exactly something I'd call one of the best #2s of the 90s :kink:

I'm glad that 'Mysterious Times' wasn't the first Sash! song to drop out! I think 'Stay' lowest is about right, not bad at all but not essential for me.

 

Unfortunately I missed some of Sash!'s set at a We Love The 90s concert, to leave a bit early to catch the train, but what I did hear was good fun :music:

Was hoping there'd be one or two of theirs out before Stay, but never mind. My 'stay' in the voters top 3 didn't last long, love More Than Words :wub:

I think people have learned from bitter experience to give their 30 points to something that’s a bit of a contender even if it isn’t strictly their favourite, as it’s no fun seeing it exit early (justice for Price Tag :lol: ).

Indeed, I did this in my 80s top 2 choices (they weren't my real top 2 but ended up top 2), but this time I really voted for my fave 90s number 2 single. So, I'm expecting it not to be higher than #50 or so. :cry:

I do like the trancey vibes on Stay but it wasn't particularly close to my votes.

Wonderwall, Children, Ray of Light or Justified and Ancient? :lol: They are top 5 contenders imo.
