I’m really looking forward to seeing how the results pan out. Like Dot, I’m not at all sure that my votes were in the right order, I love everything in there so a different day could well have seen a different favourite

Probably doesn’t deserve to be in the zero pointers as this is pleasant enough pop a la 1991.

TWILIGHT ZONE- 2 Unlimited

A joke that wore thin before the record was even released.

Awwwwww no at Paula Abdul, Cappella, Amy Grant and Perez Prez Prado finishing on zero. I couldn't find room for them obviously but they are all good
Surprised that U Got 2 Let The Music finished on zero! Wasn't far off my vote.

Cappella was just outside my points, I thought it would at least have a few other fans! :o

I love a bit of 90s rock, but those ones weren't particular highlights.

Ok so I didn't realise this was a midday deadline and was going to vote this evening... would it be too much of a hassle for me to sneak some late votes in if I bash them together as quickly as possible now?

(I could have avoided this by not waiting until the final day to vote ofc but voting on the final day is kind of my thing )

U Got 2 Let The Music pales in comparison to U Got 2 Know, but I thought it might get some points. Breathe Again is a nice song from when I started following the charts, and Guaglione was fun, but no great losses elsewhere for me.
Baby Baby and Opposites Attract are fab, but the quality of the field meant they were way off my votes :(

Very surprised that 'Opposites Attract' ahem, attracted 0 points :o same with Cappella too!

I also enjoy a bit of Perez 'Prez' Prado and have a soft spot for Mariah and Trey's version of 'I'll Be There'.

Well I've put together some votes and sent them in anyway, I hope they can be counted but at least I'll know what points I would have given songs if not I guess!

I had quite a distinct top 10 from this lot, a big gap between my 21 and 20 pointers (although lots more great songs below the top 10, it's just those 10 are the ones that are up there in 'all time favourite' status). Had a flick through the recap videos in the OP to make sure there weren't any songs I love but didn't recognise from the title, very helpful!

I didn't vote for any of the 0 pointers posted today, not familiar with most of them but my favourite out of those is 'Guaglione' which did survive my initial cull of the song list so would place somewhere in my top 60 or so, shame that didn't pick up any points as it certainly does stand out!

It's a big shame Opposites Attract got 0 points, that would be the one that was closest out of that lot to getting some from me but had to be cut.

Guaglione is great too and i'm a bit surprised I'll Be There got zero points too, I think it's actually one of Mariah's best. It was nowhere near my votes given the competition in this but thought it might have been more popular on here.

There are actually some great songs in that lot, and some big artists being rejected (Mariah, Madonna and Take That!).

Baby Baby was the closest to my votes there though, was probably about 35th. I actually bought it on iTunes recently as it never seems to appear on any compilation albums, I don't think I do have it on CD anywhere. I particularly like the part at 2.22 where out of nowhere it goes into a strange almost fairground-esque instrumental breakdown.

Hugely surprised Mariah and Madge got 0 pointers. Craig McLaughlan was actually the closest to points for me, always a soft spot for it!
Baby Baby, Knockin' On Heaven's Door, I'll Be There and Breathe Again were all in my shortlist, a shame they didn't end up with any points at all. I'm sure I'll have more from the next section of zero-pointers.
ohh I had Opposites Attract but left it out last minute, was a big Paula fan back in the day

Capella the one I'm most surprised about appearing. I know that Madonna does well on these here, but Hanky Panky is truly terrible and fully deserving of its appearance.

Would add to the comments about the recap videos being very useful, certainly aided voting close to the deadline!

yes Hanky Panky is easily Madonna's worst single ever
