October 4, 20223 yr I believe for this week's chart, Late Night Talking and Propeller will be on ACR, while Ferrari, Not Over Yet, Doja, History, Ku Lo Sa, Remember, Matilda, Staying Alive and Can't Be Us are on DCL-2, and B.O.T.A., SNAP, and Sunroof are on DCL-1. Everything else is either already on ACR or on SCR. So if Doja declines this week it will be on ACR next week (same with Ferrari, Not Over Yet, History, Ku Lo Sa, Remember, Matilda, Staying Alive and Can't Be Us). Isn't B.O.T.A. on DCL-2? It declined 3.11% two weeks ago while the market fell 2.07%, before another decline last week.

October 4, 20223 yr As a big fan of Paloma's who's seen her live 3 times and heard each album several times over, Only Love Can Hurt Like This is absolutely my favourite of her brilliant discography - it's rightfully her signature track imo!

October 4, 20223 yr seems rather pointless to reset SS and OLCHLT now though when A) they've been viral on TikTok for months already, B) they both already had lengthy top 40 runs originally and C) they're nowhere near the top 40 now anyway so only us chart nerds will realise they've re-entered the chart and not anyone listening to the radio I guess it was worth opening the floodgates still for Kate Bush having her deserved #1.
October 4, 20223 yr It just all seems quite pick and choosy as to what gets a reset right now. I stand by the argument that it should be determined by whether a song would gain a new peak from the reset.
October 4, 20223 yr I mean to be fair this does seem to be down to the labels. Unless we see some evidence otherwise it increasingly looks like the OCC is happy to accept a TikTok virality boost as a valid reason for a reset for pretty much any song now so it just comes down to the labels bothering to ask for it.
