A valiant effort making it to round 3 but alas, the journey ends here for Mr Blobby. The character began as a feature on Noel Edmonds' House Party but due to "popular demand" released a novelty song which ultimately clinched Christmas #1 in 1993. Apparently he had another top 40 single 2 years later called Christmas In Blobbyland. Every day's a school day...

I like all of these remaining now so just going for the one I wouldn't listen to out of choice often which would have to be 'Mr Vain' I think, so that.
