June 11, 20232 yr An actual bronze :cheeseblock: I was hoping to break my top 20 duck and maybe break into the top 10, but hadn't expected this! It's my first entry that I discovered via another Buzzjack member as it was on Bré's playlists - it's track 4 on the Midsommar EP where the title track got most of the focus, but I thought this one had hit potential - overwhelmed to have reached 29 voters! Congratulations Burbe on edging a close race for the win! :cheer: Another great song from hemlocke springs, and one of three songs in the final (other than my own) to make my personal chart pre-contest - I'm delighted to see one of the others taking East Rukahavian to 6th, but less happy to see the other from D'yermak'er in last place :nocheer: Thank you Kath for an incredible job of hosting despite losing a day off on Thursday with the downtime! I wasn't expecting I'd be taking MRD off your hands, but I'm glad your entry finished in the top 10 - love that the host came up with a song called 'host' :magic: Those animations were brilliant too! (runs and hides in case of being asked to host if Burbe / Leo turn it down - don't feel I'm ready for that just yet!)

Shame just to have slipped out the top 20 at the last moment but glad to just be in the top half still! Thank you for those that voted for Electric Motion and particularly Jonjo, Rob & Tim who gave it 15 each! Still not quite sure on the winner, even when it was Leww’s 18 and he’s tried to show me the way with it! :lol: I’m sure it’ll grow on me but well done to St Burbia on this one! Quintessa was more my cup of tea but I never imagined it would come 2nd with so many points so really happy for Annalisa to have done that well.

I thought they won more than twice for some reason. That was a fab choice of Pet Shop Boys John too! Well deserved top 5 for that. Great to see Rontvia in the top 4 too and East Rukahavian not only holding top 10 since I lasted commented but rising to finish 6th! *.* surely Macks highest result to date now? Zanmatony really deserved far better than that. What a bop that was. Maybe a bit dated to do well I guess though when I think of it. Thanks for hosting Kath. Flawless and iconek!!
