The Amazon chart is misleading. Last night, it was still dominated by Christmas songs, but then, Scrooge decided to filter them out, and they don’t show anymore. Bah Humbug!

I so hope Stick Season gets that No1 on the OCC chart, I did wonder how it would hold up post the festive period given the line about Christmas in the chorus but looks as though it will (assuming there's no big releases on Friday).

Last night at 9pm, I went through 500 songs on the chart and couldn't find any Christmas songs except for "Stop the Calvary" and "Stay Another Day" (the East 17 version). However, at 8pm, the highest non-Christmas song was "Stick Season" at #22. If you filter by genre, you can still find Christmas songs, but it seems Amazon Music is preparing for New Year. I thought it was rather strange, but they did suddenly disappear.

I thought if a song is more than 3 years old, it would have to get a reset request from the label. If what you say is true about a song getting a reset if it hasn’t charted in the last 3 years, then they should have given Tom Petty a reset when the GTA 6 trailer was revealed as that had a massive increase
