Design challenge was alright, nowhere near the best we've ever had though. Vanjie, Gottmik and ESPECIALLY Jorgeous were all pretty basic. In fact, most of them were pretty basic besides Plastique, Roxxxy and Nina :lol: Angeria's was great but just lacked something to give it an extra oomph.

 

Really hoping (and feel like it will be) Plastique, Angeria and Roxxxy in the top 3 :heart:

As if Shannel was top 2 in the Rusical :lol: that was definitely a pity win. She was good (they all were!!) and didn't put a foot wrong, but she was one of the least memorable of them all, I think. Jorgeous was really great so fair enough, but I'd definitely have had Plastique or Roxxxy in the top 2 with her.

That lip-sync to Holding Out for a Hero was definitive proof that Jorgeous thinks she can win lip-syncs based on absolutely nothing and not emotionally connecting to a song at all :lol: she just doesn't have the ability to find something that makes the song mean something with her movements.

 

Roxxxy slayed the whole episode, glad to see her win again :clap:

I get why they did the episode but it's really so bad. Literally nothing happened apart from announcing yet another twist. I skipped the whole interview part. Meh.

Tragic pointless episode.

 

I also hate any kind of twist that almost nullifies a queens work throughout the season.

Yeah it is so silly,I don’t mind the 3 stars for the talent show but the double stars thing is ridiculous. If you’ve got to pull out a silly twist so “everyone has a chance” at the end then obviously this non elim format really doesn’t work :lol:

 

I haven’t bothered watching the episode, they should have just done the double stars thing at the end of the LaLa and the talent show this episode or something. I suppose the finale being the talent show as well at least makes the finale have a bit more to it, but this was one of the most pointless episodes of Drag Race of all time.

devastated roxxxy didn’t win. also absolutely the wrong talent show winners, jorgeous and plastique once again slayed, and shannel gave actual talent.

 

 

Plastique slayed almost the entire season with one of the best runway packages ever — 4 wins herself (could have been more?) without any gifted badges and yet she didn't even make it to the final three?

Happy Angeria won :wub: She had the best track record by a small margin. Plus I'm glad she won despite being cut off so many times! :lol: Only thing I would want changed is Plastique being top 3 over Vanjie.

 

Looking forward All Stars 10 which will be a much more cut throat season I hope!

y'all can talk about how robbed roxxxy, plastique, etc. are but jorgeous was so robbed this season! always took on critique and could've won like four more challenges. ru clearly loves her too (as do i)!!!

I can’t fathom how anybody thinks Plastique deserved to win over Angeria or Roxxxy. Top 3 yes, I agree, these random twists they’ve had at the end of both non elim sessions now have been silly. There’s no point to having an entire season you can slay if you can get the finale on a gifted badge and a 3 badge challenge. No shade to Vanjie, I love her, but it kind of invalidates the whole rest of the season. What’s the point in 10 other challenges if only one really matters?

 

I guess they need to make sure with non elim everyone has a chance towards the end so they’re not just competing where they can’t win, but really that shows there’s a fault with non elim. I think it’s boring as anything, I do like the idea that all of the queens get to have a shot to show more than just an episode or two, but they need to have some form of stakes to it. I think either eliminations every few episodes, like the AS10 format, or maybe towards the end where it becomes mathematically impossible for them to win, they are eliminated? I guess in a normal season it’s not about number of wins, and it doesn’t really matter, but if the whole season is about badges and how many you have, it does ruin it to just chuck out 73 badges in one episode so anyone can make the final :lol:

that's one of the most non-exciting Top 3 and winner reveal for me personally.

 

I mean Plastique smashed it just as much as Angeria, looks check, runway check, comedy challenges check and I can go on and on.

 

Roxxy was the only one that I thought deserved Top 3 spot!!!

Vanje being top 2 in the talent show has got to be one of the worst judging decisions I can recall. The fact it then put her into the top 3 over Plastique. Oh Jesus
