He's been on the receiving end of a social media hate train as of late. I felt so bad for him tbh. The hate was insane considering he didn't really do all that much to warrant it... yeah he may have come off as "cringe" or stupid, but not to the degree that it warranted such a random backlash for him... (or at least from what I could gather?)

I'm shocked and deeply saddened by this,

 

I truly can't and do not want to believe that this is true but it seems that it really is :( He's definitely left a huge legacy on the music industry (and pop music as a whole) that won't be forgotten and I'm confident that we will never forget his voice, after all it's soundtracked our lives for over a decade.

 

My heart and prayers go out to his family and loved ones, especially his son Bear :heart:

This just absolutely chilled me to the bone. He was literally only posting on Snap yesterday how lovely it was in Argentina...life is so f***ing short.

Unbelievable, and so sad, wtf. RIP - fair to say an incredibly talented guy and in the early days of the band on X Factor to me always seemed like the obvious star besides Harry. Clearly he had a big hand in writing so many of their huge hits too.

Jesus Christ. I can’t even this week George Baldock and Janne Puhakka (sports stars I love) also died at a similar age

Utterly shocked to say the least, 31 is no age to die and in such horrendous circumstances. Poor guy had his whole life ahead of him. Thoughts to his family and friends at this awful time.

Super shocked too. I know he had his struggles and clearly in terms of his solo career he's been the least successful (and horribly managed in that 2007/2008 era) which did have an effect on him. He got slaughtered over the last week so maybe that has had an effect. But RIP Liam, gone way too soon.
