I thought Hey Ya was re-entering for a hot minute :gaga: poor brave Chappell getting hit with ACR. :(
Just listened to the newly-released-today dance cover version of Stick Season by Sara Phillips and it's generically rather good.

Biography

Emerging artist cassö and his inaugural release “Prada” is set to propell the twenty-year-old producer to unprecedented heights. With a mere eight months of production under his belt, the track has marked a transformative milestone. Derived from D-Block Europe track “Ferrari Horses,” featuring the enchanting vocals of songstress RAYE, the producer’s trance-infused adaptation was conceived on his university laptop earlier this year. Enthralled by the captivating vocals, he envisioned a euphoric pluck and an assertive bassline that would escalate into an explosive drop, breathing new life into the track’s sonic landscape. - GRM Daily

Really quirky chart run - it spends months climbing to its peak only to fall to its lowest position in months the following week.
Finally a skip for Prada ^_^
Hopefully Prada's on ACR now so it avoids the January reset.
Ffs stop teasing us with bangers if they're not charting!! I got my hopes up the Waitresses were re-entering already. :drama:

Biography

Singer Brenda Lee was one of the first country artists to cross over to pop audiences, and she was the highest-charting female artist of the 1960s. At nine years old, Lee joined the cast of the TV show Ozark Jubilee after impressing host Red Foley with her rendition of “Jambalaya.” Her first hit, “One Step At A Time,” released when she was 12, peaked at No. 15 on the Billboard Country chart and No. 43 on the Hot 100. Lee’s most famous single, 1958’s “Rockin’ Around The Christmas Tree,” initially only sold 5,000 copies, but by 1978 it had sold 5 million and continues to be one of the most-played holiday songs. From 1958 to 1962, she had 10 consecutive Top 10 hits on the Billboard Hot 100—a record for a female solo artist that she held for more than 20 years. The 1960 hit “I’m Sorry” earned Lee her first of four Grammy nominations, and and she was honored with a Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award in 2009. She was inducted into the Country Music Hall Of Fame in 1997 and the Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame in 2002, making her the first woman to earn both distinctions. John Lennon once referred to Brenda Lee as the greatest rock ’n’ roll voice of all time. - Apple Music

Oh fantastic, 'Christmas Wrapping' has made the Top 40..... :o :???: Way to get my hopes up, Mr Saunders.
  • Author
Hot take: Christmas Wrapping is one of the worst Christmas songs and can continue to steer well clear of the top 40 x
Ffs stop teasing us with bangers if they're not charting!! I got my hopes up the Waitresses were re-entering already. :drama:
it's never actually been Top 40!
Looks like there's only 3 christmas songs in this week, compared to 5 last year
