Posted January 24, 20251 yr I’m not really sure where to post this  For some reason Buzzjack just does not load on my new phone, it gave the “This connection is not found” warning and when I tried to get it to trust the website it just wouldn’t work. Now it’s showing a 404 error. I’m posting from my old phone where it still works. Just an odd issue, I have no idea how to fix it :( Edit: nevermind! For some reason it only works if I type in the URL but without the www Edited January 24, 20251 yr by No Sleeep
January 24, 20251 yr iPhone right? It is an issue for every user on Apple devices when updating to the latest iOS software. The forum is deemed to be "Not Secure" so it causes Safari web browser to produce an error message. The BuzzJack administrators are working on something so I am sure a resolution will be offered in due course.

I just found it odd that it wouldn’t let me accept the certificate (or whatever it is lol) and left me stuck on the 404 page. I’ve worked out I’ll just have to search Buzzjack.com/forums to let me onto here. Just glad it’s not just me! Edited January 24, 20251 yr by No Sleeep
February 8, 20251 yr My iOS finally updated itself the other day (I generally don't bother keeping it updated oop but it will occasionally do so on its own) so I'm now getting this on my phone. I did figure out a consistent workaround though, if I open my BuzzJack bookmark and then just manually change 'https' to 'http' in the URL it will then work and let me click around the site as long as I keep the app and tab open. Unfortunately I keep forgetting to do this because I usually swipe away the tab and app without even thinking about it when I'm done using it :kink:
February 11, 20251 yr Jester's also having this problem and changing the https to http manually didn't fix it for him. If anyone has any solutions he'd be very grateful while we wait for the fix from Phil in the near future!
February 11, 20251 yr The only way I can get on on my mobile (iPhone) now is to type 'Buzzjack' in my Safari browser search bar and then before pressing go/return (just type the word Buzzjack) immediately scroll down the page to 'Bookmarks, History and Tabs' and for me there are several saved visits from the last few days, any of which I can press to get back onto the site. That's exactly what I am doing too on my iPhone.
February 11, 20251 yr I meant to thank Wardy for sharing this tip with me the other day btw. Before that I was locked out completely and couldn't get anything to work anymore. Hopefully this loophole remains open.

This is the same for me — strangely, any visits too recent don't work. I have to go back a few days.
February 11, 20251 yr Does the problem still only affect browsing BuzzJack using Safari? Has anyone had any issues accessing the forum using Google Chrome or another mobile web browser?
February 11, 20251 yr Only seems to be safari, I’ve resorted to using Firefox on my mobile to access the site. The iPad is now too old for updates so at least this still works
February 11, 20251 yr thanks all - try visiting buzzjack.com/forums until we move to the new server ~ eta 3 weeks
