April 29Apr 29 This sounds pretty good.Guessing it's going to be more Ed & Guitar rather than having an uptempo beat behind it.
April 29Apr 29 Has it leaked or has he performed it anywhere for people to have already heard itNever mind found it Sounds good on first listen be interesting to see how it does Edited April 29Apr 29 by 777666jason
April 29Apr 29 I was hoping he'd steer clear of folk-pop given the oversaturation of it in the charts at the moment. Edited April 29Apr 29 by TheSnake
May 2May 2 I prefer Azizam too and guess this is just intended as a more personal/introspective instant grat kind of song like Visiting Hours.I'm not sure it will be a big hit myself. I find it a jarring listen because it has quite a bouncy tempo in the chorus which gives it a singalong/crowd swaying arms type of feel, but then the sad chorus 'conversations with my dead friends' etc doesn't really fit a crowd singalong anthem, as it's too personal.
May 2May 2 I too prefer 'Azizam' but this isn't bad really, can definitely see it being as big as 'Azizam' if not bigger.
May 2May 2 This is nice but already back to being a bit bog-standard Ed for me after Azizam was quite refreshing. Definitely more interested in this era so far though than any since Divide.
May 3May 3 This isn't really going anywhere on AM yet. Wonder if this is just a buzz track and the proper second single will follow later, considering the album is still almost 4 months away.
