I'm absolutely delighted with 8th place and first top ten of the year. Thanks to the final votes from Jacob and Addy! I had no real expectations and Turkish has failed for me the last couple of times so to get a Turksih darkwave song into the top ten really feels like a victory to me as it had to properly appeal to its niche audience, which it did! Delighted with the trio of golds. Thank you to all the voters.

A couple of surprises in the bottom ten for me. Kluminican Republic was my second favourite and deserved a lot better, and Aeroche's was better than third to last, nice commercial dance entry. Persephonia and Séyetana I enjoyed a lot too but the big rock votes seemed concentrated to just a couple in the end.

Aww I thought I'd crossed off a unique position with 28th, giving me the entire top 32 positions, but with Scotland 2's deduction applied I'm 27th well, EQ is unfortunately my worst result of the year so far, but with an amazing silver (gold?) lining of receiving the most 18s for anything I've sent in 2025, with 3 *.* so I'm glad some people did really love it as I've been obsessed with its genre-bending energy. Special shoutout to Mack who has given me three 18s this year now :o I really ought to do a points given/received update at some point.

Anyway... congrats Silas Annalisa snuck into my votes so that's the first winner I've pointed in a few contests, yay. It reminded me ever so slightly of fellow Italian banger 'MAREA' by Madame which got me 2nd place in PFSC a few years ago. Very unexpected tbh. I heard the track and was like yes this needs to be my entry, it did scream Rd‘Á in all the right ways so I jumped for it.
