I sent something that I thought could get my highest ever finishing position, the song got trashed in the listen through and now I’m predicted for an early bath….

Pleasantly surprised to see 3/3 Q preds so far. I expected this one to be more divisive than The Tempest but I suppose the semi draw for it is decent...

I’d warn against putting too much stock in qualification chances when it comes to the listenthroughs, particularly with pop songs.

I’m not saying that means you will qualify but the listenthroughs ALWAYS skew slightly more towards the alt crowd. I don’t think the listenthroughs would’ve told you Sophie & The Giants and Maris were particular fan favourites. Nobody seemed to care about Sugar High on Monday but I can’t say Jade, Brer and DanG were really in mind as the demographic I expect to vote for it 😂

I really do feel that the pop voters are gonna be spoiled for choice, my hope is that some of the borderlines end up with some crossover. idk about Ashley's chances, it feels like a semi where she'd get a bunch of mid to low votes and that doesn't always scream qualifier, on the flipside there's Danæviia who I think will just about get into the quali zone with a bunch of high points and nothing else

Agreed. I stepped away from the screen for five minutes when it got played on the listenthrough so it might have looked like a non reaction from me, but actually it's really solid country tinged pop, and while people say this is the alt semi, I count at least 8 pop countries here and the votes are going somewhere.

Also the Bronzil song has been in my head since I first heard it, so the DNQ predix for that are something I hope doesn't come true.
