Not quite. Chantaje went silver in 2019.

Still no Cher certifications! 3 of her albums are over the threshold to have their cert updated but the OCC won't report the sales to the BPI. Didn't this happen with a Kylie cert before?

And the OCC has not yet reported the Michael Jackson albums Bad and Thriller to BPI for upgrades. (15P, 16P)

Maybe their 1994 and 1995 sales were adjusted downwards?

Not sure about the MJ albums, that could potentially be the reason. With Cher, I've seen the OCCs database on Cher and the 3 albums are over the threshold so not sure what's going on. They've been told as well but still won't update them.

I wonder why the BPI site is not co-crediting Mariah Carey with Busta Rhymes on "I Know What You Want"?
