February 11Feb 11 Ahh I’ll be in Portugal twerking my ass to Buraka Som Sistema at a festival the following weekend, so I’ll have to skip this x
February 11Feb 11 I'm quite surprised she's going for the O2, she only did Ally Pally last time. I don't know if that's quite ambitious.
February 11Feb 11 She did multiple nights last time though so in theory she may be able to do it - although she only did London last time so those of us who travelled down could easily be spread elsewhere. Also I’m not sure if she’s quite as popular now as she was back then
March 11Mar 11 Patiently waiting for 18:30 to arrive so I can see if I like the new version of Blow My Mind
March 11Mar 11 Interesting. It feels like the emphasis of the song has really changed, her original version was definitely about being in love with someone but it feels like this version has been re-focused to be about her love for her son? Just checking the comments on youtube and it seems like a couple of other people agree with me as well. For comparison, this was the original from back in the day...This and Keep This Fire Burning are by some distance the best from the album.
March 11Mar 11 I do like it, and like the idea of a lyrical refocus, but it feels a little inessential on an album of just 9 tracks Production is wonderful though 🖤
March 11Mar 11 I’m quite disappointed because I really wanted a more modern take on it that I could include within my singles playlist of hers, but this isn’t it… it’s fine as a fun way of reinventing the songs meaning but it’s more just cute than anything else, feels more like a bonus track

March 17Mar 17 I get slight Goldfrapp-'Anymore' vibes from 'Blow My Mind', just not as good. Agreed this feels a little inessential.
Thursday at 13:265 days Production and tracklist is peak sequencing and everything flows. Just realising now how much this feels like a joyous, colourful pop successor to ‘Do It Again’ rather than a simple return ‘Body Talk’‘Into the Sun’ is such euphoric pop bliss it’s going to make me cry into my poke bowl
Thursday at 13:435 days OMG I am so jealous you already have this available. Did you arrange to be in New Zealand specifically for the release? Understandable if so.

Friday at 08:264 days First listen and it’s enjoyable and it is cohesive! It lacks a bit of excitement and variation in parts and I expect it’ll pick up some of the same criticism that the singles have got that it does feel like Robyn on autopilot a TAD.But that’s all… first listen feelings where you’re figuring out how you feel rather than enjoying an album for what it is, and what lies beneath is a SOLID album and I agree with Blacksquare that Into The Sun is the gem. Superb closer and sums up what Robyn does best.
