We gave up on Kylie making another final as she's gone in 3rd spot with 'Giving You Up'. It was the second single from Kylie's second greatest hits album Ultimate Kylie. It was to be her last single until 2007 as she was diagnosed with breast cancer two months later. The song charted at 6 in April 2005.

'Giving You Up' did well to get on the podium even being a Kylie song as it's quite a subtle build-up. I really enjoy it though and would've struggled to pick between that and 'Put Em High' for the win, but now my path is clear!

Ian Van Dahl for me, always loved Will I and thought it was a very solid follow-up, Christmas chart memories!
