April 17Apr 17 Sources have altered the description from “first single” to “first track” so maybe we’ll be getting something else as lead single. I think this works really well as an opening song, it feels like a successor to ‘Future Lovers’ (can definitely hear elements of ‘I Feel Love’ in there and more ‘French Kiss’ influence). I’d rather something that pops off a bit more as lead single so hopefully that is still to come.

It's not screaming single to me, but yes it would definitely work quite well as an album opener!I'm not sure if I hope it's available to stream immediately or not, I half feel like releasing it before the lead single (if this isn't it) might take the hype away for casual fans and that they'll expect a 'Hung Up', 'Sorry', or 'Jump' as the first single? Then again, what do I know about what people are after 🤣
April 17Apr 17 I Feel so Free doenst feel like a lead single more like an intro to the album esque track but it’s great. It’s definitely very Future Lovers esque in the production but this is sounding great!! It wouldn’t have actually sounded out of place on the original Confessions album which is no bad thing.

April 17Apr 17 I like it. It's a tad underwhelming at first, but knowing it's promo and not the lead single is better.It really is a chill intro to the album.Reminded me of that We've Lost Dancing song from a few years ago.
