Not much added since yesterday for Maisie Pretty much confirms MJ back at number 1 on friday then 🥲

Cmon Livvy R hopefully can stay top 2 🙏 if not hopefully its the chemical bros that passes and not MJ with them being so close to each other 🤞🤞

Drop Dead still rebounding 🙏🙏

Ordinary rebounding though 🥲

Glad SS26 still top 30 bodes well for staying top 40 on friday 🤞🤞

New Religion indeed on ACR 💔 #95 on the midweeks

  • Sorry what? If anything I'd have said it was self indulgent for her to perform it all the time considering it's... not her song? Lol

I will be holding Fleetwood Mac personally responsible and I demand a notes app apology from Stevie Nicks for blocking song of the year contender New Religion from the top 40 x (I'm joking) (mostly)

Maisie has just announced some signings with hmv so hopefully that can add some sales but unfortunately looks like Michael will catch up :(

None of Maisie's personally signed albums have been shipped yet; she mentioned that at least 5000 of them have been sold. I still think she could do it, but it will be close

Michael was on 18,500 last Wednesday and ended with 30,000 so looks pretty on par to match that this week

Ooh I didn’t realise, I got an email from banquet saying my order was updated but I didn’t realise they hadn’t shipped yet, hopefully that plus the signings can help her!

So Maisie has another 5k then, she is already 4k ahead so she needs 3k to even match MJ i think? Gonna be tough

Most likely even Taylor wouldn't have the whole top ten with a hit as strong Choosin' Texas in there.

By Talk of the Charts' numbers every track on 'The Life Of A Showgirl' did do better numbers than 'Choosin' Texas' did last week (317 vs. 330 for 'Honey'). 317 I think is relatively high for a #1 of late indeed though so Drake could have got the whole top 10 with slightly better timing.

TLOAS was also a traditional album in length, Drake released over 40 tracks at once so there are tiny nuances in there. Anyway, just hope that Taylor's next attempt is not to beat the record of most tracks on chart at once.

Just admit your wrong , if TTPD stayed as a single album fans would of streamed the first half more, your just moving the goalposts now 🙄

TTPD had 32 track btw

Where did you learn English lmao

Probably the same place you learnt your manners...

Disappointing start to the new era so far for Charli XCX.

Rock Music #36 and 1 week in the charts, and SS26 probably looking at a similar week 1 position - glad they dropped physicals to give it a boost.

I almost get the feeling she's intentionally shunning the idea of getting a hit with this stuff she's putting out.

I mean I really don't like any of it so far, but fair play to her I guess.

I feel SS26 might of done better if the releases were the other way round, I definitely enjoyed it significantly more

I mean fair play to her if that’s what she’s chasing - not convinced it’s the best idea commercially after years in the wilderness and then having a smash hit with Brat to then want to return to diminished commercial success.

Midnight Sun getting a 2nd week on the top 10!! so well deserved

Whoop all the headlines he was gonna match Taylor with 10 top 10 debuts 🤭

He did. Choosin Texas was always factored in. The lead single What Did I Miss? Debuted at #2 last july + the 9 this week
