  • Hope Maisie has done enough for another #1 with florescence! It’s such a brilliant record!

  • I think Maisie is going to underperform - she’ll do well on physicals but the 5 singles/buzz tracks she’s released in the build up to this era haven’t troubled the Top 100 and there dosen’t seem to be

  • The album as a whole seems a bit flat compared with her previous work.

Wasn’t expecting that for The Chemical Brothers (but here for it!), I thought they had started declining in streaming - hopefully at least a Top 5 on lock.

Hope OR can hold at No. 1, though she may have to pull a few tricks to do so.

I can’t remember exactly but didn’t they drop 10 download versions available for a week on iTunes for DD to ensure it remained ahead of RMI at the time? So they might do something similar if they think they have a chance to secure the #1.

How big of a lead did drop dead have at this point?

A figure wasn’t given for the First Look, it was considerably ahead on Mondays update.

01 Olivia Rodrigo - drop dead (25,595)

02 Sam Fender & Olivia Dean - Rein Me In (17,886)

'Go' in the top 3 cheeseblock

That was to secure the #1 in the US, nothing to do with 'Rein Me In'.

Your comment on new comments made me think 'Go' was taking off in the US chart for a moment there.

Olivia Dean has her Radio 1 concert tonight . that could be helpful for her weekly numbers.

If people are watching on iPlayer initially; I'm not sure of viewing numbers these days let alone people watching afterwards on there/YouTube.

The BBC Two airing doesn't go out until 10:45pm.

Hope RMI can just remain at no1 if Olivia is a one week wonder like her previous song.

Well they were available to buy here - not that they were needed but my point was they could do it again if they felt the need.

More and more it seems to be less of a boost from TV views and more so if artists turn them into social media posts/content.
