Another fantastic build-up much like ‘the cure’! I remember thinking the bridge of ‘drivers license’ sounded like Lorde and this is giving me flashes of her as well, specifically ‘Supercut’.

When it started, I literally muttered to myself, "in my head, I play a supercut of us..."

Yeah - like this one on the first listen. "The Cure" somehow never clicked with me - this is more "Drop Dead" level.

It’s definitely a vast improvement on The Cure and more in the regions of Drop Dead, but they are all very much in the same sonic universe.

Gonna take me a few listens for it to grow but I currently think its the weakest of the 3 singles for me , its not bad and it definitely grows in the middle though

Another decent track, not quite drop dead but much much better than the cure. Looks like the British listeners will get it right with the only bad song of the 3 not going straight to #1.

I guess I was expecting a lot from Geffen because the fact that they used the track only in the trailer, but not in the film was ridiculous. 🤡 I assume it was because it was a recent one, but they clearly miss a huge opportunity in my opinion to sync it during the film, lol! 😆
