March 10, 200917 yr Sadly you are correct ... way too late in the day to promote! Ah well! As the captain of the Titanic would say .... 'worse things happen at sea' Time for a 'Best of ... ' second time round and then go away for another 10 years! Norma Don't be mean to Take That   Actually, there will be another Take That in 20-30 years. :P Edited March 10, 200917 yr by funmaker11
March 10, 200917 yr YAY for Kelly Clarkson! SUCH a good album, glad it's getting the success it deserves! :D Hopefully that godawful 'Islands In The Stream' song won't be #01 on Sunday.
March 10, 200917 yr I hope Kelly keeps Taylor Swift at bay in the album chart, I'll be pissed if not. Also September should get a more reasonable position if she keeps ascending iTunes, although it won't get top 10 now I would imagine. :( ALSO, it should be interesting to see how quickly Oasis fall down by Sunday. I can't picture that being top 20 somehow.
March 10, 200917 yr Think The Sats will be 4 come sunday looking at the sales and Lady G stuck at three again  Wonder how much Flo Rida has done!
March 10, 200917 yr  Can't believe The Saturdays are only 130 copies ahead! Although I really think both CR singles will recieve a huge, huge boost after being on at a prime spot on the CR show on Friday. Also meant to ask earlier is 'The Circus' by Take That still in the Top 10 please?!
March 10, 200917 yr ATM i think by Friday it will be #1 Comic Relief #2 The Saturdays #3 Lady GaGa #4 Flo Rida because PF will overtake Flo on itunes soon and the two comic relief songs will get massive promo on friday and that will pull them ahead.
March 10, 200917 yr Author Also meant to ask earlier is 'The Circus' by Take That still in the Top 10 please?! Very unlucky no ;) Friday The ....
March 10, 200917 yr Oasis T10 :o I'd love them to keep it but they won't. In fact, they'll be 'falling down' by tomorrow. Oh, I'm funny.
March 10, 200917 yr James M - Single down 1, Album down 5 Thanks for the positions for James, Martin. Are you able to say what position Lee Mead's album is at please?
March 10, 200917 yr 'Islands in the Stream' and 'Just Can't Get Enough' will benefit heavily on Friday... It would be great if The Saturdays could climb to #1 after Friday! :o
March 10, 200917 yr This is strange, it said on some programme this morning that Faryl was outselling U2 in the albums, at #1. Anyway, good debut for Bryn & Nessa, and September will hopefully climb. Where is Katy Perry with Thinking Of You?
March 10, 200917 yr It would be great if The Saturdays could climb to #1 after Friday! :oI didn't say they would be number 1... I just said they will benefit in sales. Probably be a non-mover at best, but more likely to fall to 3... I will be shocked if they did make number 1...
March 10, 200917 yr This is strange, it said on some programme this morning that Faryl was outselling U2 in the albums, at #1. Just ITV hyping up one of their own I think. I think she was number 1 on pre-release @ Amazon at the end of last week. I noticed there were a lot of TV ads on Monday for the album. Does anyone know where Pete Doherty's single is?
March 10, 200917 yr  Can't believe The Saturdays are only 130 copies ahead! Although I really think both CR singles will recieve a huge, huge boost after being on at a prime spot on the CR show on Friday. Also meant to ask earlier is 'The Circus' by Take That still in the Top 10 please?! Why is it so surprising? Gaga is ahead of The Sats on iTunes by quite some distance, and she was ahead of the Sats on downloads last week (#2 v #3). The Sats are only ahead at the moment due to their Sunday physical sales, Gaga will almsot certainly be ahead tomorrow, Thursday and Friday, but the Sats may jump back ahead depending on how big a boost they get from Comic Relief.
March 10, 200917 yr Just seen Oasis are top ten :o How the hell did they manage that??? If I remember rightly, weren't Oasis number one on the first days sales of 'I'm outta time' and look where that ended up (number 12)!
March 10, 200917 yr Author Are you able to say what position Lee Mead's album is at please? 13+13 Where is Katy Perry with Thinking Of You? 15+15+1 Does anyone know where Pete Doherty's single is? Not top 40, otherwise it would have been listed in the update.
