What's the betting Wild Ones is a non-mover at #18 as well then... :P

Titanium will be back ahead of Wild Ones by some distance next week most likely, what with The Voice, though.

18th week top 20 for Titanium  Hopefully that terrible performance of this on The Voice will get people to download the amazing original and keep it in for 2 more weeks!
I don't get what the problem with the concept of non-number one is. It's quite easy to understand and perfectly valid. Songs which have low overall sales, fall quickly down the charts and people don't remember. Songs which in one year when Richard Osman gives the category '2012 number one singles' on Pointless that have incredibly low scores; 'Turn Up The Music', 'Part of Me', 'Twilight'.

It's not the concept, it's the terminology.

"Moves Like Jagger" was a non-number one because it only made number two. "Turn Up The Music" was not a non-number one as it made number one.

That Swedish House Mafia song is a blatant rip off of Afrojack - The Way We See The World. From the first time I herd it I thought it sounded like something else. Finally clicked! :o
Has someone made a mash-up of Titanium and Every Breathe You Take yet? They would go rather groovily together, I imagine.

There's this one on Youtube:

I've heard some poor mash-ups of them. Although they share a similar riff, they actually don't work at all well together because both tracks are so much more than just that one riff! Meaning that only about 10 seconds of the mash-up actually sounds decent before the two songs veer off in different directions.

It's still #20 on iTunes (last time I chekced), but I think it'll carry on falling over the week obviously.

Which is amazing! If you like HTSAL you'd LOVE the albums.

I still love this, but its out of my personal chart.
My laptop just decided to turn up the volume of its own accord when "Greyhound" came on. I still prefer "Antidote", myself.

Antidote wasn't really anywhere near as good as my looning made it out to be in reflection - it's still probably in my top 10 of the year but not quite worthy of 6 weeks at #1 on my chart! Greyhound is far better for me anyhow.

-x-

So the two Sia songs are not together for the first time in 7 weeks! Wild Ones going back to its usual 1-place movements (why on Earth is it going back up this week anyway though?) Great to see Sway not dropping much at all this week and he's still holding up well on iTunes too.

Did you know this song is about how much Flo Rida loves the song 'The Wild Ones' by Suede? "Hey, I heard you like the Wild Ones'' makes this pretty obvious.

Well, we can all dream...

Seeing as Sia wrote that part of the song, maybe it's not out of the realms of possibility :o

STOP! Coma time.

It's not the concept, it's the terminology.

"Moves Like Jagger" was a non-number one because it only made number two. "Turn Up The Music" was not a non-number one as it made number one.

But surely it's just short way of saying 'a non-entity of a number one'? Which is what all of these songs are.
