April 29, 201214 yr It's not the concept, it's the terminology. "Moves Like Jagger" was a non-number one because it only made number two. "Turn Up The Music" was not a non-number one as it made number one. The non doesn't mean it didn't get there it's just a term to say it may as well not have gotten there. Yes, it was no.1 but it was around so little no one remembers it was. Yes, the term may be confusing but people have been using it for well over a year or two now and we probably won't stop now unless you can think of a better term. Besides if you know what we're referring to, I don't see what the problem is.
