Well, whenever it is, it'll probably get a big boost on that week, since that'll be when all the remixes, etc. are released (I imagine there will be lots for a song like that :lol:). But I think it would be top 40 by now if it was going to be massive.

I'm usually all for long staying no. 1 singles but 'Payphone' isn't worthy enough imo. :( Had it been 'Moves Like Jagger' I'd understand but I don't see the appeal of 'Payphone'. It's ok but certainly not a song I'd have expected to see #1 in the UK for potentially 3 weeks. I guess the OTT video has helped sell the song.

Combined... Florence is still #1 technically but Maroon 5 are #2 and #17 and are now easily ahead when combined together.

Hopefully Misha B will prevent that.

Oh did they? :lol: Me being overly pessimistic, I assumed they had been there for ages and it was a forgone conclusion they'd be #1 by 10,000 copies but maybe it'll be close and I can stay somewhat optimistic. Florence is so gonna lose by like 500 copies or something though, I can feel it.

"Shake It Out" used in Superstar, perhaps it'll give spectrum a boost? I think florence will win because her EP is still selling at #39. I think she'll win by a small amount. Going to purchase it now as I really want her and the machine to have a #1! :D

Meh, it's not even their best song, but I'm glad Payphone is making up for MLJ being halted by at least five songs no one cares about anymore. It'd be a shame for Florence to miss no.1 but then, like Payphone, it's not even anywhere near her best track.
