Good to see "No Diggity" so high, probably helped by its (amazing) usage in Pitch Perfect :D Are any other songs from the film (original versions or the cast's covers) anywhere? :D

74. Anna Kendrick - Cups

163. The Barden Bellas, The Treblemakers & The Bu Harmonics - Riff Off: Mickey / Like a Virgin / Hit Me With Your Best Shot / S&M / Let’s Talk About Sex / I’ll Make Love to You/Feels Like the First Time/No Diggity And I thought Rylan from X Factor had too many songs in a single mash-up

207. The Barden Bellas - Bellas Finals: Price Tag / Don’t You (Forget About Me) / Give Me Everything / Just the Way You Are / Party In the U.S.A. / Turn the Beat Around

I haven't heard this "Cups" song  Lots of people on Facebook are saying "OMG I learnt the cups dance!!!111"

Anyone know why The Lumineers have suddenly jumped into the T10?

Fantastic to see "Stay" on the climb again, looking to become a decent seller of 2013. Wish the label would decide to go ahead with a music video, they tend to invest a fair bit into her UK promotion of material; so surely they can see how well it's doing already.

Not so happy to see Pitbull as high as #6 though - I thought it peaked long ago, now it's becoming a 'club hit'; despite its lack-lust.

 081. ASAP Rocky - F***in Problems (feat. Drake, 2 Chainz & Kendrick Lamar)

 187. JLS - Hold Me Down

 191. Kendrick Lamar - Backseat Freestyle

 192. Macklemore & Ryan Lewis - Thrift Shop

^ Anyone know where "Thrift Shop" is getting airplay from? JLS looking to actually make something out of "Hold Me Down"; after it's awful #133(?) debut a few weeks back. Sounds decent upon hearing it on R1, though striking resemblances to Pixie Lott's "Turn Me Up".

'The poster who said it' - way too common on Buzzjack, to change your judgement on something purely because of who said it.

ANYWHO, g'won Pitbull. I'm one of about 3 people on the whole site who love Don't Stop The Party, but hoping it can make top 5

I agree with you, it's ridiculous to behave in a certain way because of your opinion on a particular member, but let's move on. :kink:

I love the Pitbull song as well! I really want it to get Top 5, I would have never expected it to get this high up the chart in the first place, so it's brilliant to see it doing so well.

Thanks! "Cups" is basically a girl singing a song a cappella with backing from tapping a cup on the floor  Both of those mash-ups are amazing

Might not be the reason, but a clip was played on Sunday Brunch this morning and then they discussed the lumineers. Wouldn't have thought it'd have a massive effect though.

Yeah, they usually play clips of songs on Sunday Brunch, which are usually from unknown acts. It doesn't usually have a massive effect though. :kink:

I'm the second of three, it's just ridiculously catchy, the verses are as ludicrous as the chorus but I love it! Pitbull is a perfect example of somebody SO bad that he's actually great. I can't listen to the solo versions of J.Lo's On The Floor/Dance Again, they sound so empty without him. And let's not mention the pointless Heart exclusive Ne-Yo only edit of Give Me Everything.

Really hope this can be a hit for them - Have not liked anything JLS have done for AGES but i really like this song and think their new album is a decent pop album too.

Calvin Harris has gone down to #12. I thought he would have entered the top 10 by now but it's still surely only a matter of time until he does. I saw the video for the first time today and it reminded me of the "feel so close" video.

It was because of the poster who said it and the way they said it.

It seems like you have a personal problem with me.

Glee Season Four premiere is tonight in the UK on Sky1 so probably some new entries in the top 100/200 from them :)
Ooh. 'It's Time' to SMASH please. :D
It's Time  The original is much better though. Would it be the first time that a Glee song has charted before the original version, or did that happen with We Are Young?

I think you have to go way back to "Jar of Hearts" for that! Don't quote me though...

I think there's been a couple of Glee Cast songs that they covered that were never released in the UK, so obviously those would've charted first. I think Run Joey Run was one of them.

I think with some like Jar of Hearts and Turning Tables, both versions might've debuted on the same week.

It would be funny if It's Time blew up after its appearance on Glee like We Are Young and Jar of Hearts did.

Ergh, 'Read All About It (Pt. 3)' used on Dancing on Ice...this song needs to PISS OFF very fast!!
