Would think that either Gabrielle Aplin or Imagine Dragons would slip in at 40...

Looks like Armin van Buuren will stay in the top 40 though...

I really am confused why Radioactive is still top 40 when its not even top 50 on iTunes but then again its being pushed down by the now tracks so maybe its sales are holding up but radio needs to push 'Its Time' now!!

Shocked Jahmene is still number one he must be selling a lot of physicals, I wonder how close Robin is to getting a 2nd week

I hope Avicii will be over 100k today and has a better lead than on Wednesdays update but at least I've been proved wrong and he'll get that 2nd week at the top!

Totally agree. Radio 1 is giving the airplay It's Time needs- but this track is very radio friendly so I would hope the stations like Free Radio and Heart give it some airplay soon.

I'm sure I heard it once on Free Birmingham, when Night Visions had just been released.

I hear Its Time quite a bit on Free radio Coventry, as well as On Top Of The World as well for some reason.
Free Coventry and Free Birmingham play pretty much the same songs (often at the same time as well, you can switch between the stations and they're playing the same thing). So if it's played on one, it's probably played on all of them.

My mistake Gabz is still in the 40, as a non mover, its Lucy Spraggan that has plummeted out of the 40.

Mid report is in, on previous page, Avicii on sales of 107.5k, total sales for the week could end around 150k+, since its done nearly 40k in two days.

It's being pushed UP by the Now! tracks, because it's on there itself... it's #68, #94 (Now! version) and #116 on iTunes, easily top 40 combined.

Top 30

29 Hey Hello

This has probably sold zero copies after Tuesday.

Seems to be another PledgeMusic release like the Mutation 'Error 500' album a few weeks ago which was incidentally also a Ginger Wildheart project. At least this one is also on iTunes. I don't really understand PledgeMusic but if these 2 albums have been allowed to chart it seems odd that Janet Devlin's wasn't...

Does 18k sound about right for Jahmene in the albums for Sunday's chart? That would be better than I was expecting.

 What a odd chart run this is turning out to be. 6, 19, 36, 36.

One Direction sold only 12.5 k in last two days, it means that they will sell less copies in their first week than the wanted.

And to think I had predicted first week sales of over 100k, that is laughable only 12k in two days :yahoo:

They'll probably get 80/90k tops which isn't bad for a number 2 but given how big the band are this is shocking!! I do hope Simon Cowell will get over it, best song ever (obviously not!!!!!!!!!)

So happy Avicii's lead has increased and hoping for 150k by Sunday, the best song always

It's still better than 'Live While We're Young' which had far more hype around it. Robin seems to be neck and neck on iTunes so maybe he'll push them down to #3 as per usual for them?

I'm not really a Directioner but I can't help but love this song, it's irresistibly catchy. (I shamelessly loved 'Kiss You' as well)

Sadly this will peak at #2 but I guess they'll crash next week, the ep has already fallen from 2 to 6 and Robin will definitely overtake them next week!

I kind of get the appeal and I agree the songs are 'catchy' but I'm just immune to it all I hate the over exposure and constant stories in the media and to call a song 'best song ever' deserves the hatred but every one has their own opinions!!!

Gosh, you really hate them. I don't think it will plummet as much as you think, their songs always hold up better than The Wanted, Lawson or JLS' singles (with the exception of Gotta Be You and One Thing, the former of which wasn't very good anyway). They also have their physical out on the 19th August which should give it a bit of a boost, physicals do generally help them out (look at One Thing, that got into the top 10 with the help of physicals, never got there on iTunes). And the EP down to #6 is still great, most artists' EPs are out of the top 10 by now.

There is nothing much out next week, so Avicii for a 3rd week, the week after could be all change with Tinie Temaph releasing, unless Avicii holds out for a 4th week.

BTW, One Direction's physical single is still not available till next month, mind you physicals are doing practically nothing, but I guess most fans will want a physical version of the track to top up their collection. "Squeak".

The title is in a different context to that though.

I know but to the casual hater it just looks annoying

As I said previously, I expect them to have a stable run in the top 10 for a few weeks especially with the movie (sigh!!) but on a positive note at least Avicii will be number 1 so :w00t:

Agreed, I can't get it out of my head, and it was the same with Kiss You!
