October 26, 201311 yr Author The only way Miss Dynamix can get through to week 4 is if they're up against Abi.
October 26, 201311 yr The only way Miss Dynamix are through is if the second coming occurs live tomorrow night They should, by all rights, have been goners LAST week bar the hospital thing getting in the way.
October 26, 201311 yr Which wasn't even HIS FAULT. That was the first mobilised anti-X Factor campaign and sales wise would have beaten MOST winner singles. DOESN'T MATTER. Plus what good artist releases a bunch of COVERS as his second AND third albums? OOPS
October 26, 201311 yr DOESN'T MATTER. Plus what good artist releases a bunch of COVERS as his second AND third albums? OOPS I didn't say he released NUMEROUS good albums, but Wide Awake is definitely among the best X Factor alumni albums.
October 26, 201311 yr Okay so for tonight: 1. Sam Bailey - 10/10 2. Luke - 10/10 3. Tamera - 9/10 4. Hannah - 9/10 5. Rough Copy - 8/10 6. Nicholas - 8/10 7. Sam Callahan - 7/10 8. Kingsland Road - 7/10 9. Miss Dynamix - 4/10 10. Abi - 1/10 Was SO surprised, Sam and Luke absolutely SHONE tonight for me, whereas I actually found myself agreeing with Gary for once regarding Tamera, it was just so Beyonce copy cat and I'm so sick of people covering that song now :( However her voice is still undeniably incredible so let's see what next week brings. Number 4 - 8 in the above list were great, although with Miss Dynamix they do have the potential and I though the chorus was fantastic UNTIL the dodgy key change, and the vocals at the start were rather nasally, I hope they pull it out of the bag tomorrow because I still can't get their amazing rendition of Pure Sures out of my head. Although I did feel sympathy for Abi today (What Sharon said to her was just TOO far.) her performance was the definition of dreary and her vocals always sound so strained to me. Anyway, on the whole a MUCH better week in comparison to last week, BRING ON GAGA TOMORROW! :cheer: Edited October 26, 201311 yr by Jade
October 26, 201311 yr Tonight was too dated for me, i felt the show was stuck in a time warp, the same songs and same themes each year has become boring for me. I just feel with so so much music to choose from the producers can change the themes around and bring the show forward and exciting.
October 27, 201311 yr Knew Miss Dynamix would be at the bottom, they've been ruined since they got to the lives..
October 27, 201311 yr Miss Dynamix were awful. How they couldn't have learnt four or five lines in 2 hours us beyond me. However it's obvious the show wants them out as the chorus had no one direction memorial backing vocals.
October 27, 201311 yr Oh. :nocheer: I thought Sam Bailey would be topping the votes at this early stage in the competition, but Nicholas doing well is not surprising too as he's the most likely to eventually win.
October 27, 201311 yr Nicholas has apparently been topping the vote every week (:manson:). Of course he has... the youngest ones always do. Nobody votes in any numbers until the quarter final sort of stage anyway..
October 27, 201311 yr Of course he has... the youngest ones always do. Nobody votes in any numbers until the quarter final sort of stage anyway.. Ye. Like last year's vote, Christopher Maloney topped the voting for the first 7 weeks, then the voting changed significantly in the quarter finals.
October 27, 201311 yr He didn't even top every week - Mary did week 1! The majority of the votes from about week 5 iirc were Matt first and Rebecca second.
October 27, 201311 yr Author They should have showed more of the 'Glad You Came' video in The Wanted's VT tbh :kink:
October 27, 201311 yr I wonder if they'll acknowledge Lou Reed's death this evening? I very much doubt it.
October 27, 201311 yr Author (well, she IS 53) I actually BELIEVED you there and stupidly Googled that. :heehee: (I don't exactly keep track of her age tho so let me off x)
