January 23, 201411 yr Thank the lord Liz got cheered. I was prepared to be fuming had she got loads of boo's but thankfully that didn't turn out to be the case :teresa: One of the best housemates this series by far. Just hope that now the housemates have seen how Linda comes across they will nominate her more. She should have been up tonight and be in Liz's place. She might have temporarily redeemed herself from eating the dog food. But I don't know if its enough to stop her getting nominated for eviction.
January 23, 201411 yr None of the other four really jumped at the chance to take the task so Linda just thought "f*** it". Jim really should have stepped in and took the task after the show he put on during last nights show about "not eating coz they aren't" etc.. Not seeing Casey's "gameplan" myself, but I can definitely see how desperate she is! She's really gagging for some sex, isn't she?!. Dappy (fake personality and it shows/his little performances in front of the camera when he's on his own... CRINGE), Jim (making himself the victim/isolating himself) and Lee (similar to Dappy & sort of Jim too, by trying to pass the blame from himself) all have the worst game plans. Linda's just not a very nice lady really, she's blunt and "to the point" but she's quite malicious with it. Luisa is still the only one keeping my interest!
January 23, 201411 yr Jesus christ, I'm finding hard to like anyone in this house. Luisa & Linda are just horrible patronising witches, Lee and Dappy are both self-important prats, Casey is playing the bunny boiler, Ollie is kinda cringy but I do feel sorry for him here. I really wish Sam had stood up for Ollie there though, when Luisa and Linda were slagging him off to them because that was pretty out of order to do that to his best mate's face. For the first time this series, I can actually say... I'm very happy for Jim to win.
January 23, 201411 yr YES OLLIE!!! Bit of a cringy speech but sticking up for himself like that is EXACTLY what Linda wanted, so she can't moan at all. That's exactly what he needed to do.
January 23, 201411 yr Ollie's honestly such a dick. Just because you're told you're a bit of a back-seater and you don't really have an opinion it doesn't mean you have to automatically address the housemates and say this is what is right, this is what isn't right then go and have a go at people because they found it as much of a cringe-fest as most of the audience at home will have.
January 23, 201411 yr Jesus, this series has seriously gone downhill quickly. I'm struggling to like hardly any of them. I'd happily see all five up for eviction tomorrow go!
January 23, 201411 yr Well I'm glad Ollie has spoken his opinion even though it did make me cringe but it just sums up how much of an old winge Linda is. I'll be glad to see the back of her tomorrow. Luisa could've been a bit nicer about it all with Ollie instead of bitching with Linda. Jim looks like a f***ing Saint there.
January 23, 201411 yr Author Ollie isn't a horrible person or anything, but he is really irritating me. I can't stand when people are afraid to have opinions and sit on the fence for the sake of it. It's not entertaining at all, whether you're a nice person or not. I think only Dappy and Jim have any chance of winning, and I'd hate either of them as winners. Luisa wasn't great there (I say that even as #teamluisa) but she's still by absolute miles the best housemate. I only like her and Sam, and of course Sam does nothing much (she's been a bit more vocal with her opinions than Ollie at least).
January 23, 201411 yr While I do like Ollie and am glad he stood up for himself, I think he went about it in the wrong way - like Luisa said (although the way she said it was a bit harsh) he only really needed to address Linda and Lee about it, so the way he went about it like a speech to the whole house was a bit unnecessary. Also, Linda to go!
January 24, 201411 yr Hahaha, How awesome was Luisa - "It's All About Ollie", because it really is. In his mind he can do no wrong, he's always right.. blah blah blah. I hate people like that. He only stood up for himself because he felt pressured to. It's not his natural response or tendency so it came across as faked and forced. How much time do we have left on this? A week from tomorrow? I'd like to see Linda go for sure, out of the 5 she's the weakest. The other would be Ollie; just the shock alone is worthy of a watch. Won't happen. If it's a single it'll be Linda. A double, perhaps Linda/Lee or Linda/Luisa? If it's about the fans; Lee will stay (he must still have some fanbase...), if it's about the entertainment Luisa will stay. It's a toss-up really.

I "like" Ollie, I don't think he's particularly interesting or entertaining, I just think he's a nice guy... but that really did reek of desperation. Linda really is a complete and utter miserable cow. Luisa was obviously just saying what everyone else thought, and did it in a funny way (I'm sorry, I did laugh when she sang and danced). I also thought her explanations were reasonable and weren't particularly confrontational at all. Had Ollie just sat down and spoke to Luisa then, it would have been fine and they probably would have hugged it out or something (she most definitely wasn't doing it to be a bitch to him - otherwise she wouldn't have sang it out as loud as she did). Linda was the vindictive one in all of that and it's pretty much guaranteed her eviction tomorrow, so YAY. Hope it isn't a double though otherwise it's bye bye Luisa too :( Sam and Ollie's task was interesting but I was getting annoyed with Ollie and STILL just sitting on the fence, when that wasn't the purpose of the task... It DOES come across as fake and forced (as Aaron said above). Dappy playing tit-for-tat and wanting to nominate Casey just because she nominated him... pathetic. Also LOL at how irate he was getting because he was called "sexist", when he's said comments which do imply he is... dick. #TeamLuisaForever <3

Also LOL at how irate he was getting because he was called "sexist", when he's said comments which do imply he is... dick. #TeamLuisaForever <3 I think this was probably the nastiest thing she did. She didn't just 'say what we were all thinking', she could've put it across in so much of a nicer way and just came across like a really nasty, callous cow to me. When she confronts Jim and raises her tone/starts being rude, she's got reason because he's actually provoked that reaction. But, it just felt so unnecessary for her to treat Ollie in the way he did, like singing "it's all about Ollie" really loudly so he could hear. In this situation, she did to Ollie what everyone seems to slag Jim off for - she ignited the argument with nasty comments. She didn't need to treat someone as sensitive as Ollie with such a cold front and it was really wrong to do so. This isn't even just me defending Ollie because I like him, I did find him preachy during his speech, so it's not even that I 100% disagree with Luisa but I just think the way she handled it was really rude and uncalled for. It's annoying me that people are tarring Sam with the same "can't say her opinion" brush with the 'on the fence' task though, as she did it.
January 24, 201411 yr Agree, with this group of housemates there is not a clear winner. Liz would have been a good choice because she would have been completely bewildered. But no way the GBP would vote for her. It is interesting to read how us as viewers overreact to the housemates reacting to their intense BB experience. Ollie was embarrassing and Luisa and Linda called it right, but perhaps went too far. All understandable, they are all under intense pressure every hour of the day, cameras watching their every move, mic recording all of their conversations, whispers, reactions. How the housemates react is understandable. Then us as viewers heavily criticise said housemates as if it is the worst behaviour ever. Perspective is forgotten. Ultimately, we all prefer a certain housemate because of how acceptable their core behaviour and values are to us. Linda comes across poorly and I wouldn't want her to win but I much prefer her core values to Jim. The way he brought up the dressing room past and then attempted to deflect (and still is) onto Luisa was underhand and malign. The GBP will most likely vote him to win. They will overlook this major flaw because of Linda's ongoing open feud. Or a dullard like Sam will win. Contributes little but has no extreme behaviour problems. She is the safe easy vote.

Jim may provoke a reaction but sometimes the things that he says provoke nothing but a petty argument from Luisa and she ends up looking like a right mug (I expect the public will think that anyway because the more she antagonises him the less chance she has of winning votes). Very much the same with Ollie (going by that logic), she had every right to confront him in the rude way that she did because he did / said cringey things and she pointed out how absolutely hilarious she found it all, as did Linda. I don't think either that she should be able to treat Jim like that because he 'can take it' yet she shouldn't treat Ollie like that because he is apparently very sensitive and emotional. If she has something to say, I would much rather she said it because if she didn't she would be turning into a carbon copy of Ollie; sitting there disallowing herself from offering opinions so that she can get in and about the right people. Ollie's just trying too hard to play a perfect game of "Oh if I say nothing offensive or if I just eat cereal all the time and nobody will have anything bad to say about me" and "when I do finally air my opinions during an argument I'll make sure I have a massive hissy fit and storm over to Jim and make myself look like a sweet, innocent victim".
January 24, 201411 yr Everyone seems to be talking about this series I feel like I'm missing out for once
January 24, 201411 yr Everyone seems to be talking about this series I feel like I'm missing out for once Well, don't. It may seem like it's good but it's always the same shit really. CBB is a waste of time bye

But if Luisa has a problem, she'll let you know about it, that's not a surprise is it? I do think this is all over nothing though as I'm sure they'll have both made up by now (fully expecting a link to show me they had another argument today :P) but I don't like how the show ended last night, at all. Luisa didn't spin ANYTHING and I can't help but feel Ollie only said this in front of Jim coz he knew he'd get him to agree with him and therefore, knowing Jim is popular... votes. It does come across as pretty cheap and desperate from Ollie's behalf, imo. He really didn't need to do what he did in front of EVERYONE. Only explained himself to the two people who nominated him (even then, he didn't really need to do that, nobody else has done that before (to my knowledge). It's just part of the game really). As for the reasonings he gave to being nominated, he was right. (He just didn't need to address it to everybody). I also agree with you on the whole Sam thing too! It's ridiculous. She was definitely more decisive than "I must play the really nice guy" Ollie and it does suck that she even gets jumped on for that.
January 24, 201411 yr How does it differ at all for Jim and Ollie? I agree with the point that Luisa sometimes reacts to 'nothing' that Jim has said and ends up looking like a right mug - but to me, that's kind of how I feel she came across last night. But my point is, the way that Jim and Luisa speak to one another is often very insulting, they're very open in the way that they do it and they've never got along. I am GLAD that she offers opinions and in a sense I actually did agree that his speech was pretty cringy and self-indulgent, I just think that the way she went about it was completely wrong and came across in a very unnecessarily bitchy way. I don't think it's right to treat ANYONE that way particularly, so I'm not trying to seperate Jim and Ollie in that sense - but I think Luisa's relationship with the two is completely different. And as Ollie had only ever been respectful to Luisa, I thought it was pretty harsh of her to be singing that song and trying to belittle him the way she did. Like I say, I'm not even making this point because I'm 100% Team Ollie, I couldn't wait for his speech to end - but, I didn't like for starters how Luisa was bitching about him to Sam, who is his best mate, I found that a little bit snidey, and I didn't like the manner in which she spoke to him, found it very patronising and made me feel uncomfortable.
