Haters gonna hate, 'Money On My Mind' is brilliant and fabulous to see it at #1. Could see Sam's career kinda going the same way as John Newman's from this point, hope not though!

Have changed the album tag for Pharrell to his actual studio album, only makes sense :P

I hope something can come and stop this from going back to Number 1 next week. Anything!
So here's Christina's annual top five as the result from a collaboration then, weird to think she's had more top tens than Britney this decade

They've both had 3??

Overall I like Sam Smith's track but the "Money on my mind" bits are quite ear-scratching for me.
Nice to see Sam Smith #1, although the song isn't as good as Latch/La La La, and from a chart geek perspective, Pharrell's chart run will look even more impressive when it returns to #1 next week.
Wow just wow at the chart run for 'Happy'!
Good on Sam Smith but still undecided on Money On My Mind.
I like Sam Smith and have loved most songs he's been on, it's just Money On My Mind is by far the weakest thing he's put his name too. I hope his next singles are more in line with the songs he did before.
10 weeks top 3 (and 8 top 2) for Happy

I believe this might be the first song to have 10 weeks top 3 this decade ('Moves Like Jagger' only had 9 despite the 7 weeks at #2, 'We Found Love' also had 9).

EDIT: 'Blurred Lines' also had 10 weeks top 3, my mistake. Pharrell to break his own record next week then!

How the hell is happy still top 2. It's nor even that good!'! :(
Just the one update to the album chart posts this week as Rudimental enter the top 100 singles (and the top 75, just about) with 'Powerless'.

Gotye featuring Kimbra "Somebody That I Used To Know" also had 10.

Last with 11 was "Bleeding Love" by Leona Lewis, last with 12 "Hips Don't Like" by Shakira featuring Wyclef Jean.

58 records all time with 10 or more weeks Top 3, "I Believe" by Frankie Laine unsurpisingly leads with 26.

Gotye featuring Kimbra "Somebody That I Used To Know" also had 10.

I checked through all the massive hits of the decade EXCEPT that one  Kinda forgot about it, whoops.

Can say with certainty however that 'Happy' is the 5th song of the decade to have eleven weeks in the top 5, with 'Moves Like Jagger' and 'We Found Love' on 12 and 'Blurred Lines' and 'Somebody That I Used To Know' also on 11.
