It would be just wonderful if Kate Bush holds all those top 40 positions and ideally music week will provide some information on total sales of her albums this coming week.

Taylor should have no issues with top 3 then? Hurrah for Katy Perry, hopefully she can climb a couple of places for Sunday.

Saturdays still #40 in albums or fallen out?

Is Paloma still top 40 with only love can hurt like this?

yep... #40

yep... #39

Given that some of them pre-date the OCC compiling the charts, even if we did get figures, they might not necessarily include the pre-1994 sales.

Any sign of Kate Bush in the singles top 40 today?

If there was I would have listed them

This Is How We Do :cheer: Excellent to see Ed, Iggy and Sam all in the top 10 too :D Really hope Taylor can nab #3 but it's unlikely.

They'll have the info for it, they've always seemed to manage before. I reckon they'll give updated totals for The Whole Story and the two albums she released in 2011, perhaps Hounds of Love too, and then download sales for 'Wuthering Heights', 'Running Up That Hill' and 'This Woman's Work' (I think they maybe her Top 3 most downloaded).

Seems 'Prayer in C' will be able to pass 80k - a lot less than what most probably expected judging from the pre-order, but better than what it looked like it would sell from the Tuesday update. Very happy that 'Black Widow' and 'I'm Not the Only One' are both in the Top 10 now.

Albums sales are looking rather positive: the Top 4 should all pass 20k, fingers crossed that Sam Smith can too.

Those sales for Prayer In C are attrocious. I expected it to at least pass 80 but that seens quite unlikely too now
The fake version killed a lot of "Prayer In C" sales. I wish the era of repression would soon come to an end.

It could still pass 80K, its sales actually increased day-on-day yesterday and Saturday is usually a big sale and streaming day. Not great by any means of course, I was expecting 100K given the hype.

Awful sales for the #1 single - Thought it was gonna be a 100k week for them!

And I love the fact we have a Christmas album just outside the Top 20 in August

are Prayer In C's sales really as bad as people are making them out? I know most had expected higher; but it looks like it'll outsell Lovers On The Sun, which had just as much, if not more airplay than Prayer in C did. So from that perspective, it's doing very well! :cheer:
