Perhaps Stereophonics will be #1 after all! Should be in the similar ~45k region as their last two albums opened with.

Ouch for Clean Bandit, not the best start for them!

Great to see that 'How Long' is potentially going to outpeak 'Attention' so quickly :D

Shocked to see Morrissey Top 40 in the singles, obviously he'll fall way short, but really wasn't expecting him to be anywhere near that high in 2017! Anyone know where 'Spent The Day In Bed' appeared in Monday's mids?

Not too sure, but I think Baxter Dury is Ian Dury's son from the Ian Dury and the Blockheads, 70s band.
Why the big climb for Scream by Michael Jackson.

It's a Halloween themed album, so natural for it to be on the ascent this week! Also it's been advertised a lot on TV.

It would be great if Steps, Kelly Clarkson and Niall Horan can maintain (at the minimum) their existing album positions. Steps, looks the most secure of the 3 mentioned.

It is going to be close - slightly concerned that Ball & Boe will catch them after that update.

I think Clean Bandit will end up top ten eventually. It's a great song but will be a slow burner I think

It needs an X Factor performance and an appearance on the upcoming NOW album to give it enough exposure

Now won’t make much of a big difference unless it’s a hit in its own right though?

I think Michael Ball and Alfie Boe will get the top spot on Friday. Their album sales should continue to grow very strongly during the week - perhaps heading towards 70k to 80k by Friday?

Unless people pick up the wrong one  the other album is going back up the chart as well. It could easily get confused with titles Together - Together Again ;)

Ed back top 5 and only 200 copies off matching his peak/debut when the album was released
Wow what an uninspired title for this second Ball/Boe album  Looks like it'll be another success for them though, can definitely see it overtaking Stereophonics by the end of the week and being a big consistent seller for the rest of the year.
Really happy to see the Stereophonics on 33k already! :cheer:

Is there a reason why X Factor tracks are chart ineligible? I can't see how it's benefiting anyone

Exactly could be only chart success the get (see Leah McFall et al on voice)

So happy that "Havana" is finally looking to sneak a week at #1 and Rita and Charlie are going to outpeak their previous singles this week!
