I would almost agree with this playlist however based on the tracklists from today and the fact that your B List only has 14 songs - I would say Shawn Mendes has been moved up and Emily Nash is also still on the C List. @Mango I think that’s the closest guess we’re going to get this week - not sure if you want to post a proper playlist topic or not?

I'll give it another day and then maybe I'll post the above one just for the sake of completeness. I also saw Emily Nash had been given a couple of spins today and wondered whether she was still on the playlist.

Looks like Bradford will be hosting Radio 1's Big Weekend in 2025 after winning the next City Of Culture which takes place that year. Derry in 2013, Hull in 2017 and Coventry albeit belatedly last weekend held One Big Weekends while they were Cities of Culture.

The second series of Motivate Me mixes start on Monday with the first one being presented by Tan France

I knew this day would come eventually (and thought it was coming with each Radio 1 presenter announcement!) but I’m still so so sad about this! :(

 

I’ve been listening to the Scott Mills Daily for years now and I just love the silliness of it all. Only Greg comes close to it I feel! Such an achievement for Scott to be on Radio 1 daytime for so long!

 

I did have a greater feeling than normal this year as I feel there’s been some comments that hinted conversations had been had, plus Scott has been doing loads more Radio 2 and Chris getting involved in a lot more other projects.

 

OH Scott confirmed to be replacing Steve Wright on BBC Radio 2! I can’t quite see it having the same levels of immaturity :kink:
