'Dirty Computer' is legit, the best album of the year so far imo. I'd possibly go as far as saying it's my fave since 'Aquarius'. But I need to see how that holds up in the future before I say for definite.

(At least since 'Glory' anyway!)

NO OTHER SALES INFO

Disappointing for Matt Cardle seeing as he signed back to a major - will Be his lowest charting album by far.

So hope Kylie can stay Top 10 :cheer:

So the digital downloads of TGS has caused AMD and NE to climb back in (will they still be top 40 Friday and when are these ACR) too late for anything else to chart from it I'm guessing

Anne-Marie pulling away a little bit from Blossoms although Blossoms will get a boost tonight from their appearance on The One Show, suspect it won't be enough to make difference in final chart placings.

Wonder how high Abba Gold will get this year, #16 after the announcement of new material is impressive but it will surely return to Top 5 in July (after release of Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again at cinema).

I wonder if the Mamma Mia 2 soundtrack will be eligible for the Albums chart, or just the Compilation Albums chart. The original soundtrack was only eligible for the Compilation Albums chart, but if The Greatest Showman was eligible this year, so should Mamma Mia 2.

Shame but on first listen it’s his poorest nothing seems to stand out

Annoying Matt won’t make top 20! He’ll probably sell less than 3k :(

and matt has been playlisted by radio 2 for the last 4 weeks,

which usually translates into decent album sales

It should be included as it will be an original cast recording for the album, which weren’t included on the main chart back on mamma mia 1’s release.

Yep as GTH said, it'll be exactly the same situation as 'The Greatest Showman'. It's a Cast Recording, so will be eligible for the main albums chart (and 3 tracks per entry on the singles chart etc...).

The first one wasn't eligible to chart because the rules back then were different and all those albums were charting in the comps charts instead.

I really like this splitting of Cast Recordings tbh. I do think that in the singles chart, it should be the individual credits that count separately though... But ask me this again when the Mamma Mia soundtrack is released 🙃

Hopefully Kylie stays top 10 but top12 looks safe.

It's disappointing for Matt cardle,I still havnt got round to buying it yet.

Matt Cardle needed a much stronger promotion trail to make this album successful. That said, it is a good album on first few listens.
