Roulette may seem weird as I gave it a 10 but it's now by a mile by favourite there, what an incredible track and a travesty it wasn't a single :( 'Miss You More' is stunning and I don't know why it took me so long to realize that!
May 15, 20187 yr I don't think I did the first rate, as when the album first came out I really wasn't into it. I remember on first listen I turned it off by the time I got to Swish Swish. I have listened to the album since then, but as its not my favourite album by Katy, I haven't listened to it a lot. So this morning I played the album on full on Spotify on the way home from work. It's still kinda disappointing, there's nothing strong enough to stand as a single besides the singles she released already (Chained, Bon, Swish), and even those pale a bit next to Teenage Dream era and stuff like Dark Horse. Having said that, vocals are good and production is solid, the boringness and bad lyrics drag a lot of the songs down.
