Kylie's Golden 67th already. Will climb for sure as selling well today on Amazon and ITunes..... Could it sneak a top 40 position on Friday?

Looks like ACR has finally caught up with George Ezra.

Great to see Silk City in the Top 15. I hope it can climb. Also pleased to see Marshmello and Bastille in the Top 10!

BIG misfire for MNEK at #81 in the album chart mids, will he miss the top 100?

Troye dropping 10-54 is also a bit of a dissapointment given how well the album has been received, I was hoping he'd at least make two weeks in the top 40

I was kinda expecting worst for troye,8-out or something

About time too

Really pleased with the Kylie outcome and i would think she will be even higher in the next update.

I thought the album was going to bomb but not this hard, I’m surprised he never got a dua or Zara collab for his album, I’m honestly shocked this album is going to miss the top 100!

Why is there such a vacuum of success for MNEK as a solo artist? It’s so confusing! I wasn’t expecting the album to blow up but that’s BAD

What's that other BTS entry?

I saw the CD of that T. Rex compilation in Sainsburys today for £5 so I thought it was a budget album - it can't be charting on vinyl sales alone surely?

Yep. No idea. My only guess is he’s pissed off radio execs in one way or another. ‘Colour’, especially, is a song that would have garnered blanket support for pretty much anyone else.

There are songs on there that sound good, it’s not like he only gives his good songs to other artists, he’s an advocate for LGBT and black people - so really he should have some form of fan base. But nothing. Bizarre.

I think MNEK is really talented, but I can't help thinking there's a lot of issues going on which essentially boil down to him being incredibly difficult to market.

It's a shame but are the general UK public ready for a black, gay pop star? Are black people ready for a black, gay pop star? I really hate writing that, but I don't think they are.

Nice to see From Now On looking to finally chart now The Other Side and Come Alive have been subjected to ACR.

X Factor giving Never Enough a sufficient boost to keep it ahead of Michelle Williams Tightrope this week. Hoping that can manage at least one week in the chart, so all the songs (bar the reprises) chart.

Testament to the staying power that it still streaming enough to go top 100 3/4 The year after the album was released due to 3 track rule amazing really :o

I think its down to his solo material not being as accessible as his features or writing credits. Similar with RAYE to be honest.

Tounge is a HUGE HIT for any female artist, it’s legit a smash but no radios seemed to want to support him! At Night (I Think About You) really was THAT BOP!

There didn't seem to be much hype building up to the release of MNEK's solo album (it seemed more just a decision on his part to finally get something out there), in all fairness, and even then there's barely any collaborations. Given his songwriting/production discography, his label should've pushed to get some big collaborations on the album (e.g., Little Mix, Dua Lipa) to help his solo career.

Yes to Calvin/Sam looking to rack up at least another week at number-one, and for "The Fall" to potentially become the highest Eminem track.

MNEK is someone I really don't get the hype for. I feel he is a far better producer and writer than an actual performer.

'Don't Stop Me Now' ironically killed his career lmao. I don't think he's ever recovered from following up his huge hit with that, has he?

STOOSHE TEAS!!

Kylie Golden is still selling well and her concert on loop on red button is helping.

Now back top 10 on iTunes for first time since release week

Also getting good sales on Amazon
