May 1, 20197 yr P!nk extending her lead in albums :wub: I think Marina should finish at #5 this week I can see TGS overtaking but not much else. Nice to see change in the top end of both charts this week. Two new entries in the top three in the singles and albums :)
May 1, 20197 yr Marina has only sold 1k in 2 days :( Big fall next week This is literally like 95% of albums these days though (including a good chunk of top 5/10 albums). Very few albums actually have longevity, what matters is this is a surprisingly impressive first week for her.
May 1, 20197 yr Froot fell from 10 - 44 in its second week and given Love + Fear has a similar lack of radio support/promo, is likely to do the same. I really hoping for a top 5 album though.

That was before streaming had a big impact on albums as well. There’s times now where albums in the sales top 40 aren’t even top 100 officially. May 2, 20197 yr looking at the sales for the last weeks, Queen, Ezra and Tom Walker could end up just above Marina but she'd still be 6-7, which is amazing sure she won't be top 40 next week but thats how it is right now, only albums doing very well on streaming get a soft drop on week 2, mainly albums with many hits that benefit from the songs being on many different playlists rather than people streaming the album proper
