I knew the Headie One/Fred Again album was going to under-perform after seeing it get trashed all over Twitter but I wasn't expecting it to do that bad :o

I hope DaBaby can somehow climb into the top 40 or we might be stuck with only 1 new entry depending on how well Matt Lucas can hold up.

I'm just happy that it looks safe for Bill to get his 3 songs all into the top 100, was never expecting any of them to make the top 40 ('Ain't No Sunshine' looks like it still has a chance of that anyway).

Yay for Dua coming to, barring something unexpected, safely rise to the #1 album this week as expected.

Thought Jake Quickenden might have actually got in top 100. Don't mind the song and for a good cause
Why are Little mix struggling so much, Do we think they are unlikely to get a big hit again?

I feel like they are in that post-imperial phase period where their success relies on strong material and anything sub-par may get snubbed by streaming platforms and radio. I don't know what happened with Syco but I can't help but think they'd be more successful if they didn't switch to RCA.

The songs haven't been up to much for a long time now and, even though the current song is good it's just come out at the wrong time. Then again maybe they have their tried and tested-type remix featuring a rent-a-rapper ready to release in a few weeks.

Me too, i thought he would at least get a midweek Top 100.

Jonas Brothers climbing the top 30 again, wish it would just break the top 20 already!

'What A Man Gotta do' will be certified Silver (for 200,000 chart sales) on Friday. It's had quite a meandering run between numbers 22 and 33 in the past three months.

Looks like Becky Hill succumbed to ACR given that fall.

What else did- I thought both Harry tracks would be vulnerable this week?

1 FUTURE NOSTALGIA (8.0k)

2 DIVINELY UNINSPIRED TO A HELLISH EXTENT (4.4k)

I guess DL will be above their album this week. I wonder who won... Lol.

I had small hopes that the Empress Of album could make top40 since sales are quite dire, but not even like that :(

I imagine that their support base has also maybe moved onto different musicians now, they've been around for 8 years.

5sos wom no matter how you dress it up , you could say they won the battle she won war blah blah blah but they won last week

To be fair Little Mix have ridden the wave for a lot longer than I thought they would - the average successful phase for a pop band is about 5 years. It will be interesting to see where they go from here - do they keep churning out minor hits and moderately successful albums or do they call it a day and embark on solo careers?

Sure, they won and got the number 1, have I said something else? But in the long run? Not really a winning but sure, no "blah blah blah".

But which will have bigger sales overall? Which will have a bigger impact? I know most would prefer these things than winning whatever last week was. Nothing against 5SOS, the album is also good. I just think it's obvious that FN is performing a lot better in every way.

I think it'll depend on their concert sales. If they keep on selling out arenas like The Vamps, they'll be fine. (unless they of course want to break up)

You literally said I wonder who won

I think they'll probably climb back into the top 20 next week tbh. I assume Radio 1 will B list them, they're slowly climbing on Spotify and airplay etc. They seem to be doing better than the likes of Rita, Ellie and Anne Marie (The latter who has had huge support).
