September 29, 20232 yr This album turns 20.... today! Happy birthday to this album. I just remember this being such a MASSIVE album. I'm re-listening to it today in celebration. I haven't heard this album in at least 15 years. I feel like I'd appreciate it more now too. So we'll see on a re-listen. I remember loving 'Mary's In India' the most.
September 29, 20232 yr My mum played this album quite a lot when it was out and it's a really great album, another I'll probably revisit as well somewhen in the next few months!
September 29, 20232 yr Author This was one of the very first albums I owned. It’s an absolute masterpiece and takes me back to some special times in my life. It’s no secret that I absolutely adore this woman and every single track here has a special meaning for me. I love she’s acknowledged this anniversary even though it now being 20 years old makes me feel ancient (turning 35 yesterday helps with that  ) A new vinyl rerelease would be very much appreciated!
Friday at 19:421 day I've really been connecting with this recently. Aside from a handful of tracks I had never listened to the album in full. Now I can see why it sold so much initially - such a great listen with many good songs.
Friday at 20:131 day I too love this album ❤️ I think No Angel is my favourite Dido album but this would be second. 'See You When You're 40' and 'Stoned' are highlights for me.I went to see her live in 2019 and it was probably one of the best gigs I've been to. She played:HurricanesHell After ThisLife For RentHunterNo FreedomGrafton StreetSand in My ShoesGive You UpThank YouFriendsSitting On the Roof of the WorldQuiet TimesHere With MeSee You When You're 40Mad LoveEnd of NightTake You HomeTake My HandEncore:Have To StayWhite FlagFor some reason I really thought she did 'Stoned' as well but at least according to Setlist.fm, she did not.
