Round 5 has seen the elimination of 2008 favourite Duffy with her breakthrough single 'Mercy'. Back in 2008 there seemed to be an influx of British soul-pop females riding the wave of Amy Winehouse's huge success. The two biggest were undoubtedly Duffy and Adele - with Duffy seen as the bigger deal (hard to believe such a time existed!) 'Mercy' topped the UK chart for five weeks until another British female, Estelle, replaced her. The song reached the top 3 all over Europe and even reached #27 in the US!

Yeah, this has gotten to a point where all of this list are high quality pop songs (or dance song in the case of Sonique), so good job! And with that in mind, 'Just Dance' is the weakest one here.
