This is a gorgeous song! It keeps growing with each listen too. I adored All I Want and I'm glad she's having such a fast breakthrough, even if I don't really get how it's happened this fast!

I don't really see the comparisons to Tate or Billie at all!! I think that's a bit of a lazy comparison because they're both young females who song write? lol

 

I'd definetly say it's more in line with Lorde's Melodrama era meets Julia Michaels, but even then it doesn't sound like a copycat of anything as such.

This is a very boring song.

I was underwhelmed until that middle 8 — I genuinely thought Lorde was on backing vocals or had a hand in the production. Shook. I can see myself listening to this a lot purely for that, and no doubt the rest of the song will grow because of it.

I'm surprised (but pleased) it's instantly doing so well - even other big recent-ish breakthroughs like Sweet But Psycho, Someone You Loved, Dance Monkey all took a while to become huge.

On first listen, this is really good. Powerful and angsty, and she has a lovely tone to her voice (her voice is not unlike Billie Eilish's so I get the comparisons.)

This is really good. The first half is very Phoebe Bridgers and the way it builds throughout until that final minute and a half is pretty exquisite.

I’m not completely sold, I feared I wouldn’t be after the overhype on here. I think the song will grow with more listens and I can tell she’s got a good voice but I don’t really like the way she delivers her vocals on this. It’s my issue, it’s just a style of singing I don’t like.
