I agree that Bimini should have had that solo win for the amount of energy in that performance. A’Whora had the better runway out of the group and also gave a lot as did Tayce but it did seem like another reason to be like “go on Lawrence you have another one x”. The group was definitely better on the whole than the other group though - you could just tell from the recording sessions who things were not going to go as they seem.

 

I get why they wanted someone to take Veronica’s place but Joe was not going to be the right choice in terms of competition - her drag was just not right for the show even if she is obviously good at what she does. It should have been Asttina for sure. Oh well.

 

Out of her group though I’m glad Ellie was safe as her runway definitely deserved it, even if in the performance she held back a bit but I put that down to her wanting to go further with the choreo and the others being like “well we’re old we’re not doing that”. Sister gave a fair amount but her runway was outclassed by A’whora’s, not to mention her attitude is starting to show a hell of a lot of cracks. Tia’s runway though... good god hun.

Bimini or A’Whora are winning that one then, can see the latter potentially slipping up but we’ll see. Tayce will have to do a lot to try and make her funny though as Shea’s attempt was adequate but not exactly brilliant.

Same tbh oops, she's just pretty basic for me. Last week's Monster look was good but then most other stuff she did was flat out forgettable, basic at best, and I couldn't take to her personality at all. I can't see that she had much more to give personally.

If Veronica does come back I reckon there'd be serious Shangela vibes - 'oh it's her from season 2 again'

I was honestly sad to see Veronica not come back. If she takes up the offer to return on season 3, I can see her killing it tbh.

 

The UKDs killed this challenge. I was honestly gutted Bimini didn't get the solo win - she KILLED it! Also, is Lawrence the first person to win 3 challenges in a row? Not that I think she necessarily deserved this win, but I can see why they gave it to the whole group (like last season's Frock Destroyers).

 

Ellie should've been bottom 2 with Joe. I thought Tia did well in the challenge and didn't expect her to get judged so heavily on her basic runway. Although I understand Ru's frustration at Tia.

 

Losing Joe is no real loss. I did enjoy her runway though.

 

Sister Sister definitely seems to have come out of her shell a bit more. Perhaps that'll work in her favour.

 

I'm hoping Bimini can keep up the momentum as she's now been high-high-win the last few weeks. I would love her to win two in a row. Tbh I'm team Bimini for the crown now. :wub:

Envy Peru on Drag Race Holland won 3 in a row! Angele Anang from Drag Race Thailand also got 5 in a row kind of,but there's a runway and main challenge winner some weeks (if the challenge isn't runway/design based) so she won makeover, improv acting, talk show, design and then also won the runway on Snatch Game but not the actual challenge :lol: But I'd still say she got 4 in a row with one shared win. There's Alaska, DeLa (4 in a row) and Manila in All Stars but ofc you can argue whether winning vs top 2 but losing the lipsync is a true "win" I guess.

Legit :lol: I mean both are fine, because drag shouldn't be measured by the money spent on it and in both cases, whilst Asstina's jacket was basic, there was an idea behind each look.

Also, not really understanding everyone randomly hating Lawrence though? It's such a Buzzjack thing to hate someone doing well on the first few episodes of Drag Race to be 'controversial' :lol:

I agree with this! He was in no way the best this week, but the whole group one last year too, it's not some big conspiracy for him :lol: Such a loveable character in my eyes.

What a brilliant episode! I have to agree with the winning team and am glad they were all rewarded for their efforts (ala the Frock Destroyers last season). Either Tayce or Bimini would have won had the girls been judged individually as they really did excel the most. I don’t however think that Bananadrama did *that* bad, Sister x2 was the clear standout of the group for me. Speaking of Sister x2... it was nice to see her show up this week!

 

I’m glad we got see another dose of Joe but gosh... was this the worst week for her to be brought back on. Literally ANY other challenge could have been something she performed well in; Asttina (and even Cherry tbh) would have most likely stayed if they had been brought back instead.

 

The bottom two was correct, Tia had a good verse but a DREADFUL runway. Tayce, Bimini, Joe and A’Whora had the best garments, and even Sister x2’s outfit would have seemed better had it not been ever-so-slightly upstaged by A’Whora’s. Until Snatch Game!

Such a great episode, this series is superb so far (and far outdoing US 13 for me :kink:). United Kingdolls winning was an easy choice, all four of them brought it and the shared win was deserved. If judged individually, Bimini would have deserved it but I'm glad they were consistent with the adjacent challenge last year in rewarding the whole group. I actually love all four of the Kingdolls group, A'Whora's done a huge 180 the past two weeks and I enjoyed Tayce much more this episode too. Those four + Tia :heart:

 

I thought the Bananadrama performance was actually decent still, the runway looks somewhat less so. I really dislike Sister Sister and hope to see the back of her soon. Didn't overly care for Joe at the start and same again now, definitely pleased Tia won the lipsync (shame she was there, I understand for the runway look but I thought she was incredible in the performance!)

I honestly don't believe for a SECOND that Sister wasn't a bit inspired by A'whora, huge co-incidence if not as it wasn't just the same concept it was pretty much the same look but a worse version :lol: Maybe it was an unconscious "I remember the idea but not where from, I'm doing it" kinda thing idk

Another fantastic episode! Possibly one of the best Drag Race seasons ever? The midway break has really helped as another 'twist' to the show.

 

I'm a bit gutted for Veronica as I didn't feel it was her time to go just yet, and she's back for season three probably so we'll see more of her than most! She'll be fine.

 

Loved the challenge! UK Dolls were excellent and cohesive so I can't begrudge all of them winning! People are only mad because Lawrence has been given the win each time! She'd be high otherwise and probably we'd be shouting she'd been robbed if roles were reversed! For me Tayce and Bimini were the best in the challenge and A'whora had the best runway. I have a feeling those four could be our top four by the end unless we get any surprise dark horses like Crystal Methyd.

 

Sister did the best she has done so far this week but such an unlikeable personality! She's never given the limelight in a positive way so far and the way she spoke to A'whora about their clash was very very defensive and almost manipulative? Twisting her words in plain sight. She might be doing alright in the competition but she's gonna be everyone's least favourite after the show so she's screwed herself here!

 

I agreed with the judging as Tia's runway was really awful imo and I do agree with the comments, it felt like a bit of a regression after her Medusa look last week! I believe her when she says she has better looks though so I think she's survived this week and she should be good in Snatch Game so she'll be fine. Ellie's seagull look is kinda so bad it's good? It reminds me of Kennedy's roadkill zombie thing, you can't take your eyes off it! Agreed with all her critiques and she performed well!

 

I knew Joe Black was going as soon as they were doing the whole 'cigar' thing. They were doing a Kahmora! I think this decision was fairer although felt kinda unnecessary and hypocritical to blow up about a high-street dress when another high street piece of clothing won the first challenge? I knew they'd pick Joe to come back but sadly I think Joe does Joe best and is too much for Ru to warm too! I'd have loved to see Cherry return though, she definitely could've knocked a few of the other girls out I feel with a second chance!

What a great episode! Lots of natural drama and Ru REALLY off his meds for this one. He's drinking that caffeine and coming off the codeine! I think this one was Bimini's to win, what an enchanting performance and I'd like to think that although it was a group win, that she definitely was the winner of winners! UKD had such a good and solid performance, genuinely enjoyed each other and they all looked great! Really liked all of their runway looks too. Deserved on all fronts!

 

I would say it's such a shame that Tia's REALLY good performance was downplayed by her being the standout of a failing group, only worsened by the runway which was so confusing and was very "trying to fit a duvet cover" chic. It gave her another chance to do another funny and charismatic lipsync so I'm glad we at least got to see that! I am worried for her though - her personality has got her so far but if she doesn't do a good look next week, she'll put herself out of contention for that crown soon enough! Sister doing really well in the challenge and I thought her runway was nice, but her attitude is HORRIBLE. She's either arguing, acting blasé or being above it all - she just comes off as smug, smarmy and snippy. She hasn't picked up a casual fanbase on social media and you can see why!

 

Shame to see Joe Black go BUT she can't really do anything but what she brings - she does it very well but it doesn't budge even for a competition! I just don't think she has the capability to put herself in other situations and it really showed. It's a shame as I think Cherry (and Veronica if she was still around) could've really done something in this challenge!
