November 29, 20214 yr She does extremely well! Red did 32.8k on vinyl this week which is enough to put her 9th on the list Bre posted of the biggest vinyl weeks ever! Also from what I've seen on twitter, the vinyl is sold out nearly everywhere and there aren't enough released right now to reach the demand of the amount of people that still want to buy! That's amazing actually.

He last had three top 40 hits in 2005 but as far as I can see the last time he had 3 top 10 singles in the same year was way back in 1973!!!!! The fact that Step Into Christmas is just a re-enty and Cold Heart not entirely original does take a little away from that but still amazing to see and not something anyone would have predicted this time last year. :lol:

It would be interesting if Wham shifts to becoming the most popular of the old Christmas hits. In the download era the Pogues were usually the front runners with Mariah a close second and Wham in some years quite distantly behind IIRC. I suppose the death of George Michael and the 2019 film could have both influenced that change.

November 29, 20214 yr Poor underrated forever bridesmaid 19. :( I know, I love 19 ( granted I love all four of her albums). It’s a shame to always see it lag behind the others though. On the bright side it got the recognition and boost it deserved worldwide when 21 became a success it is. Before 21 I’m sure Adele wasn’t widely known in Australia.
