I knew Tears For Fears would do well hope they break 20k and Central Cee streams don’t catch them!

I haven't heard the Tears For Fears album but 'Khabib' and 'Straight Back To It' are a good start to the Central Cee album, some really nice production on both tracks.

Healthy sales for top 4 looking like all 4 could of managed number 1 last week unlucky
omg if only the vinyls were ready when the album was released all those variants ago

Great Sales for TFF, suspect they may need 21k+ Sales to secure the #1. Curt and Roland were on “This Morning” today to keep the momentum going!

oh Sigala at #42 and Florence-King at #49
Really hope Gang Of Youths hold up throughout the week - it’s a superb album
That's amazing for Avril! :cheer: I hope the album can have some legs.
Fair then at Tears For Fears, literally would never have predicted them being #1 contenders let alone with such healthy sales if you'd asked me just a couple of days ago but clearly the rest of you guys were onto something! (I actually saw a massive billboard ad for the album while I was out walking earlier lol). Also a very impressive showing for Avril, looks like she should probably hold onto the top 3! And cool to see Gang Of Youths in as high as #6 at the moment, their previous albums didn't chart at all so they've built up quite a following since that last album it seems. Tangerine Dream in the top 40 too *.* though I assume they'll drop to the low top 100 if that by Friday.

Central Cee's numbers actually are surprisingly quite a bit above what his last mixtape had on its Monday midweek (5.6k), it must have healthier pure sales as I don't think its streaming has been significantly better and if anything I think it might be a bit worse? Definitely expecting it to be more frontloaded anyway as it's very hard to imagine this album doing nearly 30k first week as that midweek improvement suggests.

He’s been doing a lot of signings this week, so that explains the rise in numbers I think.

Out of interest, how is TJATQ still at #11? It’s down to #60 on Apple, #58 on Spotify, #31 and #67 on Amazon and still #1 on iTunes but can’t be selling an excessive amount. Has he still got CD’s helping him out? Just seems considerably high considering how it’s doing on streaming.

I've been checking the website regularly and there has never been other releases from the CD single

but maybe they didn't ship all orders at once at week 1 and they are still shipping randomly?

It doesn’t seem to be falling much though compared to the second half of week one hence why is stabilising, remember there are loads of ACR tracks in front of it as well on all them charts. So it makes sense it’s stabilising now following the week 2 drop. It’ll probably be top 40 for like 8-9 weeks and be dictated a lot by ACR.

don't think it's that cos it certainly has like 40/50 songs that would be above it on Spotify even if applying ACR

more than anything, just looking at streams, not positions, it's doing 80K/day on Spotify, that's like 500K a week, thats not a love of streaming points

if something the second version must be also doing well and just outside the top 200 maybe

EDIT:

just checked Amazon, and it's at #31 & 67, so doing very well there and maybe even top 10 when combined

'Do It To It' has only finally got an official music video today so I'm guessing that's the reason it's been given a reset (same as 'Make You Smile' last week).

Not too keen on 'Do It To It' staying in the charts for longer. It's undoubtedly catchy but so basic even by modern dance music standards, I mean its literally just a beat and a vocal. I hope it doesnt start a trend for uber-minimalistic dance songs.
