November 19, 20222 yr Rita Baga being pushed to high heavens again… I actually like her, she’s great by herself but it puts me off when she is subject to constant favouritism. Ra’Jah, Silky, Icesis and Victoria easily deserved top 2 over her. She wasn’t bad by any means, but a solid safe. For me: WIN Vanity Top 2 Victoria HIGH Ra’Jah Safe Silky, Icesis, Rita LOW Anita BTM Kendall, Stephanie I actually think Kendall could have been swapped with Anita, but her runway showed no growth and I do think Anita has more to give than Kendall. Overall a much more fun vibe than UKvTW imo and it seems like a lot of them are bringing their A game rather than just kind of farting out whatever like the UK.
November 19, 20222 yr I have no idea why Rita is in the top. Absolutely bizarre! Vanity was sensational. I also adored Icesis and Silky’s runways.
November 19, 20222 yr This was Silky's episode for me, her verse AND her runway were a perfect development of her being loud & confident (as in S11) but in a way that wasn't annoying, but genuinely felt powerful and commanding. I'm feeling firmly Team Silky to win after this episode. I do agree that Rita being in the top felt like her being pushed again to an extent, but I do think she was the best of her group, for sure. Her ad libs were v funny. I also thought Icesis was overlooked tbh, thought her verse and runway were superb. For me, it would've been... TOP 2 Vanity & Silky HIGH Icesis SAFE Rita, Ra'Jah, Victoria LOW Anita BOTTOM 2 Kendall & Stephanie
November 20, 20222 yr Silky had the best verse for me I’d say but she seemed to lose the words and choreo a bit, if not for that she’d be top 2 for me! As it was so close with lots of them doing well, that was enough to bring her down to safe for me. I agree about her personality too, I think it’s kind of a perfect storm where she’s really found herself but I’m still team Ra’Jah (and Icesis), she’s one of those queens where it’s gonna feel wrong if she doesn’t get a crown, it depends on how the season goes though I guess. I could easily change my mind but I’m actually really looking forward to seeing more from pretty much everyone left.

November 21, 20222 yr Author To be honest I would have been happy with this ep being a top 3 and a bottom 6. Both of the first two groups were a hot mess, with the best in them being respectively Victoria, Icesis and then Kendall. Rita was totally out of time at multiple moments and flubbed the choreo, while Stephanie's verse was a bit long. Anita was not good but not quite as bad, although the runway would pull her down. I also hated Victoria's runway, it was serving STD. I think Silky safe is also insulting with that gorgeous runway and a solid challenge performance.
November 21, 20222 yr yea i would have definitely had silky top over rita! she is just not a very tight lipsyncher which pulls the rest down a little i guess. rita is already annoying me.
November 21, 20222 yr What does Rita Baga have on these Canadian producers? I was always baffled by her continuous inflated praise on season one, and it's still present here... Victoria, Icesis, Vanity, Silky and Raja were all superior...
November 22, 20222 yr Top 2 was Vanity and Victoria for me. Although Silky, Ra'Jah and Icesis were all good as well. Not sure how Rita was top 2 - although I will say she did look stunning on the runway. And I honestly couldn't stop laughing at her lip sync vs Vanity. :lol: Vanity slayed the episode *_* So happy to see her do that. The runway was so good as well. Icesis' look was my favourite - STUNNING. Also SILKY! Best Silky has ever looked. I'm really looking forward to the rest of the season. Kendall going home wasn't a big loss.
